Contacting Playstation support on their web chat is a simple method to recover your account. Before contacting, make sure that you have information available: for example, your psn name, previous phone numbers, addresses, name, DOB, security questions, approximately when you made your account, credit card info used on the account, etc.

I just got hacked today. The phone was useless but the online text support got everything back and was extremely helpful. My suggestion is to do the 2 step passkey and change your email password associated with your psn account to be safe.
the call line isnt open on weekends and its not giving me a option to do a chat what am i supposed to do they have already spent $100 on my account who knows whats going to happen if i wait until monday to get them off of it
I clicked the link in the video description above and when it took me to the page, a chat box appeared at the bottom right of the page. They helped me get my account back in about 30 minutes.

guys just search up sonys number in your country ring them tell them what happend what you need is the cereal number on the back of your ps your first 4 digits of your bank card on your ps and the lady 4 and just tell them what happend i just did it after being hacked that’s all you have to do trust me
Someone messaged me if I wanted their Fortnite account they told me to go on ps app and enter a code from the qr code so i did but idk if thats how they hack me they told me to wait 5 minutes and turn my ps5 off but hell no i changed my email my password added my phone number as verification along with my 2fa which i already had on lastly I signed out of all devices and I already have a passcode at checkout and on my log in screen

Be careful doing this. If it happens, they will make it so that no other Sony customer reps can make any changes to the account (for security purposes). If that happens and you get hacked again, you have to wait 2-3 business days for them to send it to someone more serious to help you out.

My issue is i play on pc and i logged in to PSN to collect special unlocks for games. I dont have a PlayStation so i don't even remember my PSN ID. Even tho i provided all of the rest of my info they will not help me unless i give them my PSN ID. I've never purchased anything from the store directly so my id wont show up on my email when i try to get 2 step verification. Is there any way to look up my PSN id linked to my email.

Hi this somehow helped me too, eventhough you think they don't have live chat for your region just keeping hanging on that page somehow I am not sure how I got the chance with live chat and they send me a recover email to my gmail.
