How can stream hear party and game chat and your voice with a wired headset?? I plug my headset into the mic input on my capture card and can’t hear myself in obs. I even switched the input setting to play through my computer to see if I can hear myself and I still don’t. Anything I can do to fix it?

For anyone having a similar issue where the audio input capture still isn't working...make sure you unplug your PS4 headset from the PS4 if wireless 🤦‍♂️😅

Thank you for the video. Mac/streaming/OBS stuff is hard to find. I have a similar capture card and recently lost all my Xbox audio. When I add the audio source I get the green/yellow/red lines but I no longer get audio from that source. I've plugged my headphones into the capture card and I can hear the Xbox audio but nothing comes through my OBS. I think my Mac audio settings are the issue? I've followed so many different tutorials and nothing has worked. I was using SLOBS and now I've gotten OBS to see if that was the difference but it wasn't. Just wondering if you've had any issues or have any insight to my issue?

So I have a technical streaming question. I play on PS4 and stream through OBS with a capture card. How do I mute my self on PS4 and still be able to talk to my chat at the same time. When I try and use the mute on and mute off switch on my headset my PS4 party can still hear me. …. Also I am using a head set with dual 3.5mm jacks. One for the microphone and one for the audio.

You can record without any lag but the colors will be a lil washed out. Don't expect the same quality as Elgato gives. But for casual gaming, this card is absolutely fine.

So when you add the audio from your game to your computer, will the sound come on in stream or will it always sound when you stream?

Sorry I didn't understand your question. Once you will select Audio source in OBS, you will start getting sound of the game as well and you can use external or internal PC mic to record your own voice during the gameplay.

Sorry Nicholas.. didnt understand what you are saying? there are 2 ports on this capture card. One will go into your TV and the other one in your console. The usb port will be used to connect with your PC.

I don't know if you figured it out but the cord that you would normally plug into your TV you just plug it in to the output on that little device and just leave the other end plugged into your console

Hello, my name is Howlett Fang and I am a twitch streamer. I recently just bought an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15, it has; A Ryzen 9 Processor, 1TB SSD, an Nvidia Geforce 3070 GFX card, and 16 gigs of ram, with this I also bought the capture card you feature in this video. I have experience with computers and figured out relatively fast how to set this up. I am having a problem though and I am not sure how to fix this, when I am setting this capture card up I can capture the video but when I go to try and capture the audio I am having an issue getting the audio to come in at all. I don't see the option for the USB 3.0 at all and I can't figure out how to get this to go through in any other way without major feedback. What am I doing wrong, is it possible that this is an issue with the computer possibly not having a USB 3.0 what could possibly be causing this problem I am having. I have done as much as I can to troubleshoot this on my own, your help would be greatly appreciated.

No.. you need 2 HDMI cables. Your PC will connect with USB cable.
