- Hello Everyone,
I would say my DIY Silicone inlay was a success. It worked so much better than the water balloon on my first attempt.
Using LetsResin Silicone Rubber kit, and Resin I was able to create the beautiful layered skull.

Thank you very much. I loved it, and the one I did after this turned out even better 😀
That is awesome ❤
Thank you so much, I am currently completing another one. Using a different technique, wont be long before I can share the video 😊
Hi it turned out really cool 😍 nice job, thanks for sharing ❤️ xx
Thank you, I am glad you liked it 😁 xx
I love your experiments! This is an awesome idea 😊
Thank you! 😊 So much. I do need to make time to start creating again. I love the skulls much.
@@smurphyart-love2create268 I just made my favorite skull. In its head I stacked 14 mini skulls in clear. Then the second pour was a black and gold dirty pour. I was amazed when I demolded it last week! 😆
I love this how do you make the inner mold stopper good idea as you wouldnt use as much resin hey xx
The inner mold stopper I used in this video, is a silicone inlay I made. There is a video of me making the inlays 😀
Would there be a way to make the inlay closer to the top of the skull head cause I'm realty interested in trying this method I just have an idea in my head and I would want the liquid closer to the top of the head if that makes any sense lol 😆 cause what an amazing idea you turned into an actual project that is AWESOME GIRL!!!!
If I used just clear resin at the top. This liquid would look closer to the top. Although, using the Christmas bauble would definitely work better 😀 x
Hi there… I really enjoyed this video, thanks for sharing.
I realise that this was almost 2 yrs ago, but when you shake this skull, is it soap bubbles that I can see inside? Or is that just the mixture of water and glycerine?
Much love from Nat. (Brisbane, Australia) ♥️♥️🇦🇺
It is just water glycerol mix, although there were some air bubbles that got trapped also 🥴
How about filling the mold with hot glue? To make a hot glue skull inlay wonder if that would work. I’ve made inlays with hot glue with success
Really? Would the hot glue damage the mould? Would definitely give it a try for any future projects 😊
@@smurphyart-love2create268 nope hot glue is OK to use in molds
