- Hello dear Friends,
In this video I decided to experiment and mix Epoxy Resin and Baking Soda. I have tried 3 options:
1.Pour Baking Soda into Epoxy Resin
2.Pour Epoxy Resin into Baking Soda
3.Mix Baking Soda and Epoxy Resin
I have observed how epoxy resin and bicarbonate soda react with each other and then decided to make a diorama out of it.
I hope that you will enjoy this experimental DIY resin art diorama video.
See you again soon,

The mark of a great artist , never content , always experimenting - and look at the results , superb
Snow texture looks perfect. I think you should have painted/coated the light with orange/yellow to give off the glow of a fire inside the cabin.
Love it! The cabin looks great lit up like that. The resin/baking soda mixture really does look like snow.
I love it. Really looks like snow ❄ but I can see it working as clouds ⛅ too. Was fun to watch the experiments.
I am amazed, the baking soda and the whole Diorama is wonderful... Love this... Thank you for sharing...!!!
Absolutely beautiful ! Love how you add each part so carefully and make it so realistic!
Strangely,, I can't find a description anywhere with the videos,,
Wow, all that off the top of your head! I like the way you think my man! A true artist! Thank you for sharing your artwork, I love it! 💜🙋🎶 Pam

Incredible! At first I wS thinking clouds... but the snow is amazing. Fantastic job 👍
Definitely looks like snow especially on the trees. Another great video.
I was waiting an experiment and the final just got me happily surprised! Amazing job, indeed. 👍
OMGOSH! Such an amazing idea. Instead of water n it leaking down the road. This is awesome! You Rock as usual!! Debs from Texas
Wow, that looks great. Very well done!
Simply beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Absolutely brilliant.💜
Wow yes it does look like snow but very cool
Man, I was NOT sure that glue-like texture would go away after you were done applying it. You proved me wrong!
Stunning! 👏👏👏 I love this project 👍
This is so neat!
Espetacular!!!!!
It turned out great.
Looks amazing, your onto something with the baking soda!
oh ho-- nice tip!! Thank you. Good skill.

Looks amazing
It does look Very pretty!
Very Cool! with nerves of steel.....
This is much better than those cheapo snow globes at the souvenir shop. Good job 👍
Magic! The log cabin looks great next to the river👌It’s amazing how clear is the epoxy. Stunning job M! 👍
Thanks P
parece nieve de verdad...gran idea
You are absolutely amazing! I have learned such wonderful things from your videos! Thank you very much for taking the time to share your knowledge
Wow, thank you!
Здравствуйте. Очень красивая работа, спасибо за видео.
Bravo - lovely work
Awesome build. Thinking some glitter may give the 'snow' some added sparkle. Going to have to try this when I move into my new place. Thanks for being so creative and sharing!
Yes glitter sounds like a good idea. Thank you 👍
Honestly it works for both snow and clouds, still awesome none the lesd
Your creative idea, your video is great, thanks you 😍😍🤗
It’s cute!!!
I will admit though, I thought the baking soda was going to fizz when the resin was on top...
Although the single bubble that blooped up was entertaining as well!!!
I think they might’ve fizzed a little bit and it’s those bubbles that created the foggy shapes
This is so cool! I really enjoyed watching you experiment with the resin and figure out what it would do with the baking soda, then use that new knowledge part of a miniature diorama! Well done!
Thanks so much 😊
"Nice" 😜👍 love that baking soda gives you another medium for creativity. ✌
Great job man appreciate it.You can make so many beautiful crafts like this with epoxy resin and you will become successful
Great video dude! Love the whole vibe of it and you have a very curious mind, much like myself. Good stuff!!
I think it's great!👍👍👍🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🦘🦘🦘
Very nice!
Beautiful
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL 😍 GREAT VIDEO. THANKS 👏🏽 💯
Thank you! 🤗
Awesome ❤
very nice, could not have looked better with REAL snow in it
As soon as i saw the baking soda kept it's shape i thought of glaciers and snowy landscapes. Stick a tiny doll in there and you get someone walking through the snow, stick a plane in these and it looks like it's in the sky. There's a good amount of possibilities in there.
Yes I agree. I didn't expect the soda to keep its shape but I did
At first the snow looked like something else, but the finished project is awesome.
Kool very nice 👍🏻
Amazing one 👍🏻
I think that is awesome and brilliant!! Thanks for sharing. :) - Heidi
Many thanks Heidi 🙂🙂
I have to say, that’s really beautiful 😍. Great experiment and beautiful build x
Thank you! 😊
I think the cabin looks a bit drafty, but literally, a scene "Frozen" 😉 in time!
Amazing the stuff you do!
Thank you!
Great creation as always !!
Thanks T
Cool👍🏽😀
Congratulations, nice resulta, you cheers🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Many thanks 🙂👍
wow!
Great
как всегда супер.
Woderful
It sure does look like snow! I want to make perpetually snowy branches for winter decorations. Thank you!
Thanks
very nice
That turned out absolutely amazing I want use baking soda Elmer glue and dye make a pace to finish a Triforce piece first time I made the mix it work but everytime I try to make more it failed but I might do is do some touch-up work on the peace and put it in a orb just hope this time I poor enough resin to fill the mold thank you for posting
Beautiful 🎉
Thank you! 😊
what if you have a big bulk of baking soda and just pore in few droplets of Epoxy resin and let it cure with out touching it, maybe the resin will have interesting shapes to it when it would harden.
🤔🤔 yes that would be interesting 🙂👍
@@4THECRAFTyouve seen what baking soda and super glue do right?
@jaredb9523 yes. Very old trick
i almost never say stunning, but this is!
Many thanks
Классный эксперимент, бро. Значит соду можно использовать как декоративный наполнитель для эпоксидки
AWESOME
Thanks
Craftsman!!
That's amazing😍
I think that would also work as icebergs for a Titanic or another ship🤔
Indeed. And also for clouds
F in Amazin 👍👍👍
A simple but beautiful snow globe 4. I wonder if you mixed maybe 2 parts baking soda to 1 part water and let it dry would the baking soda take on a different consistency when mixed with resin? Stay safe and healthy 4.💖😷👍✌
Is So Beautiful, I love it!
You're truly awesome!
Love the Resin Art!
Also yes I do think it looks like snow :)
Lovely! Now I wonder if using sugar or salt over the surface of the snow might've given it a more crystalline appearance. Very cool work!
Thanks. I also wonder about that. It would be cool if we could find a material that when we sprinkle same on top of the resin it could resemble with falling snow or rain.
I wanna make one of those
You are the best youtuber in the world,

Very nice dear, banking soda Can mixte with resin époxy ? It Can very work please ?
👌
If you could suspend it in the resin that it would make a perfect cloud! Your videos are so well produced. Thank you!!
This is great! I'm looking forward to seeing what else you can make with this technique. I wonder if its possible to make footprints or animal tracks in this resin/soda snow?
Thank you. Yes footprints in snow I think is possible to do.
Use spray foam in a can from home Depot it's like $2 then just spray it a color like a dirty bigfoot brown
You forgot a chimney for the cabin. Maybe your next experiment would be someone doing some fishing with some fish swimming around the hole in the snow?
Just a tip, Scuff the LED to help defuse the light, it'll help prevent hot spots.
I just love it, its so cute and the light makes it cool. The details is very good, then fence the river and the trees 😎. Its like snowglobe but just in resin 😊 you can do it bigger like that but something whit animals. Do you want to do a bigger one?
Thanks. Yes why not
I really like how the baking soda made resin look like snow I'm wondering if the baking soda has any effect long-term on the resin or if it looks as good down the Road as the day you poured it
Thank you. So far it looks the same.
@@4THECRAFT thanks for the reply keep up the great work look forward to seeing new things I love seeing trying new or different things stay safe God bless
looks like a cloud! would it be perfect to use it in a project. maybe a plane over the clouds or castle on the sky!
I am talking for options 1 2:29
Yes clouds in resin are tricky but it worths trying in a future project
4thecraft I love you work with the navel ships and was wondering if I could make a request. My dad used to be in the navy. He work on the USS Sacramento (AOE-1). I was wondering for you next navy ship, you could make the USS Sacramento. Anyway keep up the good work love seeing you videos. Thanks
Thank you. That's a really nice ship. Yes I could do that provided I can find an appropriate scaled model of the ship
actually its a good stuff for snow in resin :D [oops, I texted early :D, now I saw u thought same]
