We completed the Alliance RV factory tour two times this summer in Elkhart, Indiana. One of the tours was done during the production day and the second one was a group tour after production hours. Our goal in this video is to provide the most comprehensive tour with really good audio and video quality. The video is long because we blended two different tour guides which makes for a more complete video.
We also have the Co-Founders, Coley and Ryan Brady in our video. It was amazing getting to spend some time talking to them during our factory tours, they are both really wonderful and always a pleasure to talk with them.
We purchased a 2021 Alliance Valor 42V13 that we live in full time after selling our house in Alaska. It was great to take a tour of the Alliance RV factory to see how they are making these wonderful 5th wheels and toy haulers.

Here are the two RUclips videos that we watched that helped us know about Alliance RV, which led to us ordering our Alliance Valor 42V13, we sold our Alaska house and are full time RV living in our beautiful new home.

Thank you for the kind words and watching our video. We did two completely separate tours to get the content. One during production hours and one after to ensure good audio. Thank you again for watching and the kinds words. It means the world to us.

We watched several tours of the factory, which seem to be more of an endorsement from RUclips channels and dealers. We had really high hopes last weekend when we went to General RV in Birch Run to tour the Alliance 5th wheels. Long story short... the owner might know every employee, but that certainly did not trickle down to quality. In just one coach we found several issues with quality of finishes and overall we were not impressed with any of the 3 we toured. The ceiling staples were covered in some sort of sealant, but the amount used was excessive and looked like what you see when drywall screws are being mudded. It wasn't as bad on the white ceiling, but one had a light tan ceiling and the sealant looked terrible and was very noticeable. The mitered corners didn't line up, and the slide material was all bunched up on the side by the pantry. I opened the generator door and it was very hard to open, and when I closed it I found out why; the door was so poorly installed the alignment was way off so the door was hitting the left side of the door opening and there was a gap on the right side. So to close it I had to push the door from left to right and you could see how it was rubbing on the left and there was a large gap on the right. All of these items are nothing more than poor attention to detail and poor workmanship. We were really excited to add Alliance to our very short list, but there is no way I'm going to be happy spending that much money and looking at globs of sealant on a ceiling to cover a little staple and have to fight to get other issues fixed. Very disappointing... PS - Those workstations look terrible. If I were the plant manager these work areas would be tidy and organized.

Hey Gary, thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness of you response and details of the items you found. We will pass along the information to Alliance. We are not employed or sponsored by Alliance but we do like the brand for the great customer service. It is disappointing to hear that they have a poor quality trailer out there.

Customers who intented to use the product in an FT living configuration should be able to order a unit with BRASS plumbing fittings and independent suspension with disk braking.

Pretty cool! I would like to get a tour so that I can get schematics of what pipes and wires are where in the walls, and precise location of the studs. I like the tech that they utilize in their builds (cranes, hoists, lifts, the front cap suction cup apparatus). Now what bothered me to is the insulation in the front cap. Take note of video time of 52:52 - 52:54. When they apply the front cap, take note at the bottom driver's side insulation. From what I can ascertain, is that it does not extend to the edge. I am pretty sure that is going on as well on the passenger side. TAPE THE INSULATION DOWN FIRST! Jeez, how is that so hard to just take note of? Now I ain't nit pickin', but I would like to see them start using spray foam insulation, and for crying out loud, RUN empty conduit thru the ceiling right down the center from the rear camera mount all the way to one of the front compartments, and have access point throughout the ceiling of the rig. They at least are moving in the right direction.

Thank you for watching our video, we highly recommend going to Indian & going through a full factory tour. Since our video Alliance has expanded and has more buildings where they create their different models and more. It’s really wonderful how they build their beautiful RV’s, they even started making a toy hauler travel trailer. Have a wonderful day.

Thank u for this. In market for a 36V11. A critique comment.... I watched a Keystone factory tour as well ... their work areas seem to be much more tidy vs Alliance...
Looked a bit more efficient. Maybe it's an Amish thing. Alliance shop floor looks like there's an opportunity to forget or skip something. I hear many things that are innovative practices but I'm not sure if I'm sold on Alliance. Lots of blue tape. Does Alliance ever use frameless double pane windows? Integrated back up camera? On demand hot water?

Hey JWC IV, thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. Thank you for the feedback on the video we appreciate it. As for the production process I am not sure as we are not affiliated with Alliance other than as an owner of the product. From what we have seen so far they do not offer frameless windows or on demand water heaters from the factory. They do offer dual pane which we had on our Valor.

Great video and info. As a tanker crew chief, I’m a ‘see it, then I’ll understand it better” kind of guy . So this helps us out a lot. We are very interested in the Avenue line due to our tow vehicle limitations. I also love the audio from the guide…it made this video easy to watch and follow. Thanks for sharing.

"Our service team is triple the amount of our Sales Team". This indicates Alliance has no intention of addressing Quality issues unless and until Customer complaints are received post purchase. That is sad. So Alliance's business model and profit level supports fielded units repair cost which anyone knows is THE MOST EXPENSIVE point in production to address issues.

Thank you again for watching the video we appreciate the support. We are not ambassadors for Alliance and do not know their intentions. I can say we have been happy with the customer service.

They do use Azdel on the interior walls and the exterior walls. I don’t recall it the roof is aluminum framing. I do know there is a little bit of wood directly beneath the plywood sheeting.
