    It truly incredible to see the craftsmanship that goes into these clubs. Although clubs are crazy expensive seeing things like this starts to justify that cost a bit more. Very cool stuff and hope to see more of it from you guys!

    I just found this video and I've been working here for a week and a half! It's been quite an interesting learning process! So much attention to detail put into. It's amazing to know how much work is put into making these products!

    I've always been a titleist guy, but especially after finding out about this. When I was deployed for oif 3&4 one if my fellow soldiers (army reservist) worked for titleist at their ball facility. While he was deployed they continued to pay his salary just as if he were clocking in and working everyday. Taking care of their employees like that is just another reason I buy their products

    Awesome video and thanks for the factory tour !! Recently custom ordered T100s 6 iron thru 48 and great see how much care and dedication was put into my irons. Tensei graphite Red AMD shafts. - 1/2 inch 1 deg flat. Keeping my 2019 T200 4 & 5 iron in the bag.

    Just switched to Titleist from PXG and after watching this, I'm glad I did. The attention to detail is amazing

      Why? PXG has done this from their beginning. Titleist cost much more. Titleist can't touch the prices I get at PXG, being a Veteran.

    I wish the UK/EU Titleist factory was like this. I got my new T100 irons and the 7iron wasn’t glued together 😂 fell apart before I even hit a ball. Ontop of the wrong grips on the irons too

      Damn that's as bad as it gets.. If you paid attention the guy tried to claim every Titelist Factory around the world (4) was identical, up to the same standards with the exact same proprietary measuring equipment & quality control but we all know his job is to make things sound better and more precise than they actually are... no way in hell I would want my Titleist T100 irons made anywhere but the USA certainly not in the Far East or Australia or UK... this is their top Titleist facility

      There’s no denying the quality titleist puts out across their clubs. Between the titleist 100/150 irons and the tsr drivers and woods are absolutely beautiful.

    I will say, my SM9 Vokeys certainly have held up a bit better than any previous SM wedge I’ve owned dating back to the SM4. I loved the SM4 Oil Can finish, and the feel was phenomenal. I now own the chrome SM9s in 46, 50 and 60 degree wedges. Still rocking an old SM7 sand wedge. I don’t think the feel is quite as good, but I’ll take the better durability. I’ve easily played a hundred rounds with them and aside from a couple tiny scratches in the micro bars, the grooves are still sharp.

    This an assembly operation for heads, shafts and grips. Not a manufacturing plant that shows you how club heads are forged etc.

    Curious about the optishot vision simulator you had installed 2 years ago. I’m curious why you haven’t used it on camera since that install video. Seems odd. Do you still have that sim? Still using optishot?
    If so, do you like it and find it accurate?

    I thought when I clicked on the video it was going to be the making of Honma Golf irons and clubs. Or Miura golf irons or clubs. Not Titlist....lol lol
    Great video though gents. Guess "best clubs" is suggestive....

    Doesn't explain why my new TSR4 9 degree driver is actually 12 degrees. Is this care only given to custom orders rather than off the rack clubs?

    Only gripe with Titleist is their lack of coordination with international markets outside of the States. It seems like Titleist USA and Titleist Australia are in no way in contact with each other. Ordered a Wedgeworks mid last yr and still yet to arrive and have been given no indication as to when it will arrive. Pretty poor customer service

    I do wish Titleist would stop calling this a ‘factory’. It’s an assembly plant. As a loyal Titleist customer I am consistently disappointed that Titleist attempts to confuse their customers as to where their clubs are made, as opposed to assembled. Be proud of your process Titleist.😮

    Sorry, I was not expecting 26 minutes of golf club assembly. When I saw the word 'factory' in the title I thought there might have been some manufacturing. I guess everything is made in China these days. Also, I don't know what would be so secret about sticking heads to shafts and putting grips on.

      Shafts, heads, grips may come from vietnam, china, korea and japan but theyre assembled in usa

    Hilarious, PXG has always done this for customers. Titleist sells to big box stores, PXG doesn't. So how is everything custom?
