This video is miss labeled...this is for just the firestick 4k max and firestick 4k. NOT fire tv's...yes, amazon has actual fire tv's that alot of people have been complaining that it isn't available...that should be clarified in a tutorial video.... Aside from that, those of us tuned into the emulation scene have been putting the xbox app on ANY firestick for several years now just by sideloading it, which is very simple and it works just the same... the difference now is that it's officially available on the amazon app store.
Any idea of Xbox app has issue with Dolby vision TVs? The games load and I can hear them but it’s always green screen. About to move it to another tv and test but disappointment so far as its not working on my bigger gaming tv. I use Xbox cloud gaming on my steam deck but was looking for a tv solution without having to buy an Xbox as I mostly play on PS.

There’s only one reason Luna because when I set my Fire TV cube up yesterday, they were hard-core pushing Luna, which to me stupid since Microsoft working deals out with Amazon like this what they need to do is they need to bring out a special edition fire cube Xbox themed make it look like a miniseries X.
The biggest drawback for me, or at least I can't figure it out, is that you can't use a headset with it (I used wired by plugging it in the controller. 3 different headsets) How do you guys play with headsets?

Well, your connection quality is due to your Internet speed and if your modem is not capable of Wi-Fi, you’re not gonna get the best connection possible to stream stream on multiple other devices, but they all have Wi-Fi 6E adapters
You can use cloud for xbox on almost any device. Alot of devices still work alot better than the fire tv stick right now. But of course a local series x will look and play much better vs cloud.

From covering cloud on another channel for the past 5 years I know a lot of people who do not buy local hardware like PC and Console for gaming. They strictly play on cloud with XCloud and GeForce NOW. It still needs work and wont be for everyone. But its yet another way for Microsoft to grow the base. Scoop up players who will never buy the local hardware but will sub up and stream the games

Unfortunately no pc version of MLB. You need console or cloud. It works surprisingly well on Xbox Cloud. Games are very hit and miss on performance but that one for two years has worked great for me here.

We have 35mbs, and when its just me in the house, the games still struggle. I mean its definitely getting there, but internet just isnt fast enough.

Have u tried turning off hdr or at least adaptive? Otherwise it tried to force hdr on an app that doesn’t have it. At least it seemed that way for me.
