Normally I breeze through 90 minutes of uninspired horror but this year what I experienced not only failed to entertain me but completely infuriated me. The backwards man the backwards man". :) lol another awesome review! Will be sure to skip this movie.
I'm so glad its 2023 now and we've actually had decent horror movies come out in the last few years.. it was starting to get real rough in the mid 2010's...
I just saw 2 great things on this video one the ad before this video of Logan trailer #2 and your rant reminds me of how Logan looks before he goes into rage mode and those fist made it that much better lol great video! 👍 😂

Cody just to piss you off more. This movie was actually taken from a short story that was a lot better and if they followed the short story to a T it would have probably been a better movie. If they would actually explained the bye bye man like this story did then it would have been at least a little more interesting and I'm really surprised you're cuss counter wasn't up over a hundred. I know this video is a year old but I'm going back and watching some of your older videos but at this point in 2018 there's still not a movie that's been made that is as bad as the pile of shit. I went to a friend's house a few months back and they had bought this movie I seriously wanted to take her to a psychiatrist. When I asked her why she had bought it and actually had it in her mini portable DVD player next to her bed she said she watches it to make her go to sleep
I told her I hope she always wakes up cause it would be A DAMN SHAME for this piece of shit movie to be the last piece of cinema you see and die watching. Needless to say that copy went Bye Bye Man cause I borrowed it and blew it up this past 4th of JULY what a great explosion it was Cody.

Going in I knew it was bad , I just watched it off my phone so my girlfriend and I could point out all the terrible shit in this movie so it was just a comedy for me but I don't see why anyone would put this as a favorite when the room gets more praise than this
I think that Jeepers Creepers 3 is worse than this but it’s still one of my least favorite movies that has come out in 2017
The opening scene was actually shot really fucking good surprising because of the rest of the movie honest feels like they had someone film that for a pitch and then the studio just said let’s throw this into this movie

Has to be one of the dumbest names for a movie/horror movie, I've ever heard.
Throughout the movie, I kept saying "da bye bye man, da bye bye man" in a derpy voice, because I couldn't even take it seriously.
Even if I was in the actual predicament, somehow, I'd probably still find myself walking around going "da bye bye man....da bye bye maaan!".

I always thought a movie about the Tulpa Effect (enough people thinking about a particular thing could potentially bring it into existence, ie Slenderman, sort of) would be a really neat idea, and could hold great promise if done right.....
Now I feel like these turds have fucked up that whole idea, and now it’s wasted.

Cody this has to be one of the funniest reviews of this movie I've ever seen, I was in fits of laughter as you ripped into this movie, I thought my written review on G+ was harsh but this was brutal.

The scene where the librarian gets ran over is so fucking hilariously stupid funny that I honestly couldn't breathe cause I couldn't contain my laughter🤣🤣😭😭😭like wtf was she doing on the middle of the road🤣 this is the type of movie you must watch with a couple of friends to laugh at it while watching it

I am a Freddy fanatic as well and I absolutely hate Freddy's dead my least favorite was Freddy's revenge when I was younger because of how it broke so many rules but once I got older I realized that Freddy's dead is complete garbage but I did agree with u that dream warriors is the best. I love your videos I've rewatched a lot of them keep it up 👌🏼👌🏼

I remember watching this movie like a year ago, but I don't remember a single thing about it, which says a lot lol.
Watched it with my mom and she said that it was stupid and I was just sitting there like wtf was that.
The concept of this movie was awesome the movie however is not
So this showed up on my feed to watch and its probably because I just watched this for the first time this weekend. I had avoided it because I had heard so many bad things about it. GOD it was so bad, lol. So, so bad. I'm glad I know, but...WOW am I glad I didn't go into the theaters to see this and I waited YEARS to do it for free on Netflix.

I agree 100% I watched it and was bored out of my mind, and when my mind wasn't bored it was confused, and I agree with the comment about film makers taking advantage of having the opportunity to release the only horror film that has been shown in awhile, and this is a perfect example.

I feel like if they were actually faithful to the source material of the short story for the bye bye man, then it would have been far more interesting, if they had actually fleshed out the bye bye man more within the movie, actually delving more into him and Gloomsinger (the dog, that is briefly shown but not actually explained in the movie) then it could have been a really interesting horror film at least, instead we got this garbage 😂

I never even bothered watching it because the trailers just irritated the hell out of me and I honestly thought that it was a cheap rip off of The Ring
I saw this review too late I rented it not long after it came out. The good thing is the movie left no impression on me. I watched this review and a couple of others for this movie and I'm like "oh yeah that happened." Terrible terrible movie.
I did enjoy this movie. Yet I do not break down movies so intently. I noticed the bad cgi and awful acting but the movie idea was good enough to keep my attention. Execution was pitafull but the premise was good
