I recently purchased the G3 77 LG and I’m and have been so ecstatic every time I turn it on I’m so amazed by the ps5 and HDR content really stands out such an awesome tv 📺
I purchased an LG G3 65" literally 1 hour ago, they gave me £100 supermarket coupon £150 trade-in voucher and Free Soundbar for Sc 9S. Plus some other freebies HDMI cable and Cleaning Kit. The LG promoter said it's definitely not worth paying £3xxx on a new G4.
Just purchase the G3 includes a g1 sound bar all for £1499. I was torn between the G3 and s95c. I’ve always had Samsung but fancied a change. The only issue I have is whites and greys have a slight green tone.
Awesome video. I think the G3 is an amazing tv. I did purchase the 83" model without the MLA tech. I saw a video of the 77" MLA set and 83" side by side. To me the 77" definitely looked brighter but not enough to make me go down in size. I was going to get the C4 but at 4500.00 that seemed a lot since it isn't as good as the G3. I had a Bravia 7 which is also a great tv but the screen had horrible reflections and the viewing angles were terrible so back it went. First time returning a tv. Feed the B7 a good 8k or 12k signal and the PQ is amazing as is Dolby Vision. For network tv the upscaling was ok. I decided to go OLED because of the increase brightness and highlights of the G3. I'm really into PQ. I snagged the TV for 3700.00 which I think is an amazing deal. I did have to buy a stand. I paid up for the LG stand. Thanks for showing off the set in a bright room. I think I will be happy for along time to come.

The dead pixel issue puts me off buying an OLED. It's not just a case of 1 or 2, but people are getting a "peppering" of dead pixels, and since I've never had one dead pixel on my LCD TVs, I don't fancy experiencing this major disappointment.

The Gallery series specifically made for wall mounted setups. If you get some in-wall rated HDMI cables, you should be able to cut out two holes and run your cables that way for a cleaner aesthetic. I think the stand is only included with the 55"-77" models. I could be wrong, but you'll have to check with your various retailer to see which options are available at launch.
Why use a sound bar , i mean that is so bad sound , if you told me to make it worse i couldn't . Literally one old speaker like from the 80s in good condition will give you much more clarity and contrast . Try it if you can , get 1 speaker make the source mono , not by hooking up just left speaker or god forbid L surround speaker , get a genuine mono converter or something that can be mono and play on a sound bar , movie maybe . I dont know do it somehow , ask around how to do it . While mono speaker will not make extravaganza out of the audio , but you will hear lot more detail . Hence im thinking about Buying Samsung S90 or G3 , it doesnt really matter which one but now when i see the LG mounting almost flash to the wall im leaning towards LG G3 . But before i hook it up . i need to think about Sound , Sound bar is out of the question . There was no worse speaker made since those Trumpet like speakers on Vinyl player , nor is 9.1 in wall speaker system the answer , too much speakers , confusion . I will use 4 , and those 4 will go over Valve amps , but a Speaker needs space . Cant be mounted on the wall , can be in the wall .. So if i could put them in the wall , then that would be great . But since i cant , question is how will the speaker look that is 20 or more inches deep , and TV flat on the wall . That aint gonna look right . So im stuck thinking what to do ... but in any case ive seen the prices for Sound bars , 400$ , you can get 8 inch Studio monitors for that price , and the sound difference would be night and day , Only problem is i cant run Studio monitors on Valve amps , they dont need amps , and i cant find cheap XLR Tube preamp that is any good .. Currently use AIYIMA T4 Valve preamp integrated with class D amp ...with Yamaha NS BP 110 i think , its 3 inch small front baffle but deep rear ported passive speakers , sound wonderful in my room . In a bigger room they have too much bass , but in my room they are just perfect for TV , just 2 more of those for surround , on a valve Amp and maybe one central speaker on non valve amp , because i would need 3 Aiyima T4s to get 5 speakers . 5.1 systems are trash also , because no matter how you place the Sub , its one note Sub and you can hear it . Just adds bass to your room , does not add picture quality infect it makes it worse . Never use speakers too big for your room , my room that is 4.5x4.5m can handle at best 50hz bass . And as you go down to 40hz you need 6x6m room , 35hz at least 8x8m room . And most subs go to 35hz ... if you put it in your small room what you will get is one tone bass ringing everywhere , like move 10cm bass changes . And its not only that it changes , there is a node there , you can hear it like a speaker . But since you cant hear the direction of 40hz wave , you hear it like confusion . That is why i limit the bass to 3 inch ones , my room cant handle more . But in any case my current setup is better then any Sound bar , more definition , clarity . Much better for music also .So i dont get it why sound bars are so expensive when they are the worst kind of speaker , and dont take it from me , ask Audio Engineers , why do they struggle with mounting speakers on stages in all kinds of ways why dont they just put a Sound bar right . Thats easy , because its real bad .
OLED TVs are only for dark rooms and houses whose windows are covered with curtains if we completely forget about problems like pixel burning, while QLED TVs display much brighter SDR and HDR images.
I am going to nitpick about something really different. I am super annoyed by how your PS5 lies on it's side. You can use the bottom stand also for the PS5 in horizontal position by rotating the stand. It's a bit finicky in finding the right position in the center. But it looks visually way nicer. It makes it seem as if the PS5 floats a little bit.

Doesn't have to be flush.
2K for a 65" ...
AND... the burn in accidental damage warranty is proportionally lower too, from John Lewis.
So im stuck thinking what to do ... but in any case ive seen the prices for Sound bars , 400$ , you can get 8 inch Studio monitors for that price , and the sound difference would be night and day ,
Only problem is i cant run Studio monitors on Valve amps , they dont need amps , and i cant find cheap XLR Tube preamp that is any good ..

Who's your interior designer? 😯
That would be myself for the living Room & my wife for the kitchen
Glad I didn’t buy the G3. Glad I went with the C3 instead plus the G4 will be better an come with a stand.
Dolby vision isn’t as much of a dealbreaker as this guy mentioned HDR10+ is just as good imo.
Depends on the TV on some you are right but many people love DV
OLED TVs are only for dark rooms and houses whose windows are covered with curtains if we completely forget about problems like pixel burning, while QLED TVs display much brighter SDR and HDR images.
I am going to nitpick about something really different. I am super annoyed by how your PS5 lies on it's side. You can use the bottom stand also for the PS5 in horizontal position by rotating the stand. It's a bit finicky in finding the right position in the center. But it looks visually way nicer. It makes it seem as if the PS5 floats a little bit.

why you should you buy? 🤣🤣
Well spotted!
Which TV is better for gaming, LG OLED G3 or LG OLED C4?
Its not Big diffrence
f**k, i bought an a80l then went back to change it for a g3 but then decided to cancel the order and keep the a80l. I feel like the biggest idiot right now. the price difference was 200 euros which is 217,95 dollars.
