  • Recipe:
    1. Take a kadhai/wok, add some oil, garlic and green chillies. Saute for a minute or two.
    2. Add chopped spring onions, onions, carrots and capsicum. Cook them.
    3. Make some space in between and add 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp green chilli sauce and 1 tsp schezwan sauce. Mix everything and let it cook for 2 minutes.
    4. Add pre-boiled rice, toss them in the sauce and your fried rice are ready!
