Overjoyed to find your exercise videos! I am a healthy , active senior woman who enjoys light hiking and I live in a beautiful area to do it - the Olympic Peninsula of Washington state. However hiking in the cold rain isn’t so fun and during the rainy winter I often turn to indoor exercise videos. I was doing some Leslie Sansone walking videos and she is an uplifting person, but once you’ve heard the same comments over and over you just start going nuts! I LOVE the way you do your videos with written notes and prompts on the screen, but no talking! Adding the little bell to signal a change in position when you are not looking at the screen was so ingenious! The music is pleasant rather than annoying. Just a perfect at home exercise video!!!

I feel so good after doing this. The timing of each of the jogging/resting segments is just right, and as Teddy said below, the variety of movements is perfect and nothing is too difficult. I feel as though every muscle has been worked. Thank you for an excellent workout today!
Sunday morning finally here. Jules promised a new workout. And she delivered. Only one word needed to describe it: Perfect. 15 seconds easy, ok let's do 30 and shorten the breaks in between. Also mentioning a chair for stretching in the beginning and putting some variety moves in the slow down breaks. Thanks Jules for actually reading our comments and making changes. NOW I need a shower and can get ready for a nice day.🏃♀️
I really enjoyed this. The other day I hit the highest step # on my Fitbit ever. That includes pre- and post- knee replacements. You’re the first person I’ve worked out with that I can do all the movements or slightly modify while feeling secure on my feet! Thank you so much! ❤️

Your workouts are like a breath of fresh air and I love doing them! While I've had to modify some of the movements due to arthritis, they are still challenging. Love the music, background and helpful tips along the way.
We love your videos!! They are so well rounded, with warm up, cardio, strength, balance, stretching!! We do one of your videos first thing every morning, Mon through Friday. My husband had heart condition, and needed to stay in shape for open heart surgery. We credit you with doing that!!! He recovered well!!

I am so happy to havè found you ! Since July 2021 I started the workout, I saw quite a few and they are great ! My aim was to lose some weight and I did, otherwise it would have been difficult, because of the insulin I have to get due to diabetes. So workout is necessary and you helped !!🤗

Thank you for this fun workout! As someone else mentioned, it was do-able, even the 10 intervals of jogging. Thanks for including a good stretch too. So many instructors shortchange the stretching in the interest of saving time. I'm finding as I age that I need that stretching more and more. So happy I found your channel!
Thanks so much, Carol. Occasionally I don't add stretching because I feel people will see the long time frame on the video and will avoid the video. But, I definitely agree with you and as we age, the longer cool-down and stretching is beneficial and needed.
Revisited this golden-oldie favourite (one of many 😀) First time doing jogging intervals since my foot injury, I have been wary of them and have only been walking, but all good so far. Felt like something different today lol was bit achey from strength yesterday so muscles need wee rest. Aww intervals r awesome. Totally wake me up and the buzz from them is incredible. I went on to iron, hoover etc 😂😂😂 energy breeds energy and I love it. It feels good to feral fit..thank u❤

WOW! This is another great workout. What I especially like is that I have the option of making the workout more of a challenge by jogging instead of walking. @@ImprovedHealth Hi Jules, I am at Edmonton. Winter time is much much longer than summer time! I usually spend 45 minutes walking in summer. I am very scared to walk on slippery roads in winter. My doctor told me to avoid felling down. I have a treadmill. But I trust that full body workout of cardio, strengthening and stretching definitely better.I truly appreciate your hard work to help all ages to improve health physically and mentally as well. @@emilyng6972 I've been to Edmonton when I lived in Banff for a while back in 2000. I agree, it's best to exercise indoors when there is snow and ice on the sidewalks...just not worth the chance of falling. Walking is great but to really see changes, it's best to change it up and do different things. You are on the right track:)

I always joke that whomsoever "invented" running had rocks in their head. I can walk for hours, but running? Arghhh. However, your interval workouts are doable. And how wonderful I feel when they're done. Thank you, yet again, for the challenges.
I get bored after running for 20 minutes which is why I love intervals. Plus, you get so many benefits from intervals without having to run for hours on end. I'm glad you've given these workouts a try even though running is included...and I'm super happy to read that you feel great when you're finished:)
Loved this! Was surprised how out of shape I really was since I do walk outdoors 5 miles every day but I don't use other muscles. It's 15 degrees here in NYC so this was great indoor workout. Thank you

I could use warm weather here! I was on the ski hills today for the first time this year. Thankfully it was around 0 Celsius so I survived it without freezing my fingers and toes:) Enjoy your vacation! And, good for you for exercising while you're on vacation! That's great!
I just did this one for the first time. It was great to have the little cardio toning segments in between the jogging and the red burst of colour made it interesting to watch …love colour in my workouts. Could you please provide a link for the red T shirt ❤

my absolute favourite because of the 3 standing abs after interval....... I really really felt them. I was sweating a loooot. These are my kinda exercises... So well thought out. I'm off to do wee bit of stretching and that's Wednesday schedule done. Fantasssstic 🥰😍🥰😍
This is a different series from the other interval training workouts. This one is just a 7 day program (although you can repeat this as much as you want to). You can find the interval series in the playlists. Let me know if you need help understanding which ones to go to.

Hi Jules, I challenged myself to to this workout because it makes my heart beat and gets me soaking wet! I really wasn't sure I could get through the 10 intei'rvals because I've been working all weekend and am tired. I'm happy to say I did just fine! You do such a good job with motivating me, so thank you for that!
This is the thing I love about intervals...just when you think you can't do more, you get a walking break and find the energy to do the next interval. And before you know it, the whole workout is done! Congrats to you for choosing this challenging workout despite working a lot this past weekend.

WOW! This is another great workout. What I especially like is that I have the option of making the workout more of a challenge by jogging instead of walking. Thank you for having such an interesting workout. Your workouts have everything - warm up, beginning, challenge, lowering heartrate, balance then cool down & stretch. You have the best workouts. @@ImprovedHealth Hi Jules, I am at Edmonton. Winter time is much much longer than summer time! I usually spend 45 minutes walking in summer. I am very scared to walk on slippery roads in winter. My doctor told me to avoid felling down. I have a treadmill. But I trust that full body workout of cardio, strengthening and stretching definitely better.I truly appreciate your hard work to help all ages to improve health physically and mentally as well. @@emilyng6972 I've been to Edmonton when I lived in Banff for a while back in 2000. I agree, it's best to exercise indoors when there is snow and ice on the sidewalks...just not worth the chance of falling. Walking is great but to really see changes, it's best to change it up and do different things. You are on the right track:)

I always joke that whomsoever "invented" running had rocks in their head. I can walk for hours, but running? Arghhh. However, your interval workouts are doable. And how wonderful I feel when they're done. Thank you, yet again, for the challenges.
I get bored after running for 20 minutes which is why I love intervals. Plus, you get so many benefits from intervals without having to run for hours on end. I'm glad you've given these workouts a try even though running is included...and I'm super happy to read that you feel great when you're finished:)

Loved this! Was surprised how out of shape I really was since I do walk outdoors 5 miles every day but I don't use other muscles. It's 15 degrees here in NYC so this was great indoor workout. Thank you

my absolute favourite because of the 3 standing abs after interval....... I really really felt them. I was sweating a loooot. These are my kinda exercises... So well thought out. I'm off to do wee bit of stretching and that's Wednesday schedule done. Fantasssstic 🥰😍🥰😍

This is a different series from the other interval training workouts. This one is just a 7 day program (although you can repeat this as much as you want to). You can find the interval series in the playlists. Let me know if you need help understanding which ones to go to.

Hi Jules, I challenged myself to to this workout because it makes my heart beat and gets me soaking wet! I really wasn't sure I could get through the 10 intei'rvals because I've been working all weekend and am tired. I'm happy to say I did just fine! You do such a good job with motivating me, so thank you for that!
This is the thing I love about intervals...just when you think you can't do more, you get a walking break and find the energy to do the next interval. And before you know it, the whole workout is done! Congrats to you for choosing this challenging workout despite working a lot this past weekend.
