Raw Broccoli Hack - Eat Raw Broccoli in a Waldorf Salad Recipe

The health benefits of a raw broccoli salad recipe are considerable, from added nutrition to protecting against disease and chronic illness, but raw broccoli can be kinda hard to enjoy. Cooked broccoli is extremely beneficial as well, as long as it's not overcooked; in fact, the nutrients in cooked broccoli are actually absorbed more readily by the body, especially lightly steamed broccoli. Consuming broccoli in a variety of recipe methods is best. I've found piggybacking on the classic Waldorf salad recipe to be an ideal way of sneaking raw broccoli florets into my diet. Waldorf salad is sweet and healthy and super simple to make, and adding raw broccoli into the mix doesn't ruin the Waldorf salad at all, just turns it into a super salad. Apples and broccoli? What a vitamin power punch! It is said that "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" but broccoli keeps everyone away, so that's better, right?
