BUT that doesn't mean it's invincible to rust, debris, or the environment. In this video we will show you how to disassemble, clean, & reassemble your Fringe Sport wonder bar to keep this barbell performing at an optimal level for your entire life.

Super helpful!!
Thanks Jo, I enjoyed the DIY barbell cleaning. Was wondering if you guys got around to the other cleaning videos, such as cleaning the shaft and sleeves. Especially for stainless steel bars. I don't see the videos popping up in RUclips's suggestion list to the right. Would love URLs if they exist.
Great tutorial
Thank you! Glad you like it.
Thanks for the great instructional video. Is the lubricant 100% necessary or can you get away with just using the 3-in-1 oil?
I’ve got a bar from a different company. Taken snap rings out but just can’t work out how to slide sleeve back. Seems fixed somewhere. Am I supposed to removed both ends? It’s dementing me because the videos look simple!
I have the wonder bearing bar. Will it be the same process with the bearings inside instead of the bushing?
Similar! Be sure careful not to lose the bearing cartridge when you take the barbell apart.
How often should you use 3 in 1 oil on a Barbell . It's my own bar I use in my garage. I Train 6 days a week. I don't put chalk directly on the bar. So how often should you wipe the chalk off and put the oil down the collars?
Thanks
Every 2 weeks to a month will keep your barbell looking and feeling fresh
nice DIY but i would have put all the greasy parts in order on the cardboard as well instead of putting grease on the plyo box to make it slightly unsafe to use the box.
Great idea
