Beautiful stretch, still working on pigeon pose but feeling better after this 🦋💜🦋 Thank you!!!💙
Awesome! So glad you found this class helpful! Keep up the great work!
Hi dr Melissa, I found these stretches beneficial. It’s hard getting the breath right though. my bladder seems to be in overdrive on a morning and settles by the afternoon. It can be a real nuisance.❤️
The breathing does take some time to get down and sometimes we have to address other areas first to be able to better feel that connection like hips, spine, feet, and more. Keep up the great work!
Really like this one. Super length to add on when doing other videos as well.
Lying in the belly between switching sides was impressive-such a HUGE difference...
Way to go notice the difference! Amazing! Keep up the great work!
Love it !!🎉🎉🎉
Yay!!!! So glad you enjoyed this one!
Great. Ty
You are welcome! SO glad to hear you enjoyed this one!
this felt so good!!!
Amazing! Glad you enjoyed this one!
I love this! It made my top 5. Thank you
Ahhhh yesss!!! So awesome! Glad you enjoyed this one! Keep up the great work!
Literally magic. Thank you so much. Why do we not tuck in our pelvis for the stretch where we are on all fours with one leg out?
Amazing! So glad you enjoyed this one! Keep up the great work! With the 1 leg out on all fours tucking you pelvic does not allow for breathing connection to pelvic floor. I cue inhale breathing to sit bones tucking would alter this plus it helps with adductor stretch as well.
@@DrMelissaOleson thank you so much!
You are a boon to us for continuing these sessions.. One question - Does sitting long hours affect our pelvic floor? Please suggest what to do while sitting for long hours...
Soooo glad you are enjoying these videos! Keep up the great work! Yes sitting for long periods of time can definitely impact the pelvic floor. We actually have a video on desk athlete where I give suggestions of sitting techniques and position changes that you might find helpful!
I have a question before doing this if anyone can answer. I am scheduled to have a Hunner’s Ulcer removed the end of June. From everything thing I Jared that means I have IC. Just wondering if it would be safe for me to do this session or should I wait until after the ulcer is removed. Thank you for any input.

Is this exercise helps to relieve pain from pudental neuralgia?
Hey Melissa thanks for your videos🫶🏻 could you do one on increasing slow twitch muscles in the pelvic floor? I feel like I lost them all completely after getting into dysfunctional breathing 🥲
