    This 45 hour sculpting project by our Co-founder Morten Jaeger has been edited down to just 11 minutes to give you a look into what it takes to create a highly detailed character as well as doing some ZBrush hard surface sculpting.
    We wanted to create a full concept of Thanos from Marvel's film, Avengers infinity War, from a sphere as well as The Infinity Gauntlet. It's all sculpted in Zbrush and rendered in Blender using Eevee.
    This could also be sculpting in Blender or any other sculpting software, but we chose ZBrush for this.

    How were you able to mask in perfect straight and curved lines? That has always been my weakness with ZBrush.

      Try turning on Lazy mouse. For straight lines press shift after you've started masking (with lazy mouse enabled).

      It's obviously fine for this kind of conceptual digital sculpting this isn't 3D modelling so who cares?

    • @Eternal_23
      @Eternal_23 4 года назад +1

      g w so is this concept?

    • @3to1media
      @3to1media 4 года назад +7

      @@Eternal_23 in the sense of it being done quickly and without worrying about topology yes obviously they're not concepting a new character.. you understand the difference between digital sculpting and digital modelling since you're obviously a complete and total professional yourself you should understand why it's okay to quickly sculpt hard surface
