Mike your the man. You rock! I learned a great idea with having your supplier pre-assemble whips and lamps. A no brainer!

I have read information on the NECA website that states that supervision is not included in the NECA labor unit but I have to side with Mike on this one. Many contractors do not include a separate budget for supervision in their electrical estimates. When these contractors adjust their labor units to match their actual field labor including supervision, they actually add supervision into the labor unit. It really doesn't matter where it is tracked as long as it is recognized and accounted for.

OMG, I wish we had our order of LED conversions palletized. 400 Philips EVOkits in boxes and parts on individual plastic sleeves. I'd say it easily tripled the project duration having to unpack and prep the kits. 😢 😢 😢

Work smarter, not harder. Plan well, and make more money, too. The customer will be happy the job is finished fast as well. They are paying for the job to get done. Breaking your back and bleeding doesn't add value to the project.
