Hi Viera yes the proportion is 100g butter but in the video i was making double the quantity thats why 🥰
I don’t think people usually make so many biscuits at ones so I gave a minimum proportion. I was bulk baking for some kids 🥰

Pls use unsalted butter
There will be little difference. Go ahead and use it. It's just said to use unsalted in recipes so you don't mess up the salt content in the recipe and it is too salt. But it just depends on how salty your butter is. Just don't have salt to this recipe of it requires salt. The salt form your butter should be enough.
Can I add coco powder I like the recipe thank my grandson only eats dark brown boscuits

Can I do it with olive oil instead of butter?
No just use butter or margarine and the margarine must be 70% fat, I tried these biscuits using oil and it wasn't bad but rather use butter
Can I use salted butter?
Hi Margaret pls use unsalted butter as salted butter will reduce the flavour and make the biscuits confusingly sweet - if you see what i mean. Hope this helps. Take care x

Do you have an American measurement equivalent version?
Hi Crystal for this recipe I recommend only these measurements. However for a typical butter cookies this is the cup measurements I follow - 1/2 cup Sugar, 1 cup room temperature butter, 2 cups flour. Hope this helps. Take care x
You measurements don't make sense in the video u say u used 100g of butter then in the comments u say u used 250g, I I used 250g and the dough is very sticky
