I have a Phillips diamond care electric toothbrush, I will never go back to a toothbrush. My teeth are so much cleaner and smoother with the Philips Diamond head. I have been using it for about eight years and I am 100% satisfied with it. I use to have plaque when I went to the dentist for my check up, now there is never plaque on my teeth.
I decided one day that I do need an electric toothbrush and that it’s an investment that will make my everyday life better. For a while, I was starting to get bothered by brushing my teeth and after still feeling some plaque on my teeth. That’s when I decided enough is enough and got an electric toothbrush. Let me tell you, best purchase of my life especially along with a water flosser. My teeth started to feel extra clean and I felt more confident in my smile. I went away for a couple of days and took my manual toothbrush because I couldn’t take my electric toothbrush with me, and oh have I missed it and regretted not taking it. Every time I would brush my teeth i would regret not taking my electric toothbrush. In my opinion, it’s a really great investment. If you don’t think you need it and feel like you do a good job brushing your teeth manually, then it’s not a necessity especially if your budget is tight. I highly highly recommend getting it on sale though if you can, if not then as I said it’s not a necessity.
I've been using a manual toothbrush my entire life, and I just recently switched over to an electric toothbrush. The eBrush is definitely way easier for me. It took me around 10-15 minutes to brush my teeth with a manual toothbrush, cause I wasn't that good at the new technique that I adopted a few years ago because of gum recession, and my arm got super tired, therefore taking breaks every now and then. With an ebrush, it takes me 4-6 mins, now. Much better for me. I use the softest head that I can buy at oral b, the Sensi Ultrathin heads. So far, so good. No major problems at all. I barely put any pressure on the ebrush, just going right to the gum line, as close as possible, so this way I don't damage anything. I also get really close to the mirror, so that I can see where I am brushing, it has really change the way I brush, now.
I have switched over to an electric toothbrush, and now I get horrible morning breath. When I used a manual brush my breath was always clean. And I found that the application of the toothpaste was less efficient with an Ebrush, as you lack the control a normal brush has. The toothpaste would be mostly applied to the initial area while the rest of the mouth would be lacking. I will return to my original cleaning plan: Floss - I have these little plastic things with a bit of floss brush I keep with me when ever I eat, when I get a chance (if I am alone) I will floss through out the day. Swish my mouth out with water Apply tooth paste and brush with manual brush Floss Use mouth wash. This leaves my mouth and teeth so clean that in the morning I do not need to clean my teeth unless I eat. The Ebrush was a massive waste of money.
Thanks for sharing. I am thinking whether to buy. I have all teeth and used only manyal toothbrushes. Perhaps I should stick to things already workjng for me and not look for perfection.
After a life time of diagnosed with Bad breath, I got cured with the help of Dr Eddymon remedy whom I met on RUclips. It was wonderful taking his herbs as there was improvement during the process which I felt and after taking his herbal dosage I was completely cured and till now I'm free. Im glad to share this and you can get his herbs on too.. ruclips.net/channel/UCEhIBgayWSeOLjfJxsi_-Og
Not just easier but also cleaner... much cleaner which you can't achieve by manual toothbrush in anyway. Trust me the oscillating-rotating machanism is magic for cleaning plaque from your teeth and gum line. 😉👍
Electric Toothbrushes also help to reduce the chances of how much plaque would build up. When lots and lots of plaque builds on an individual tooth, the individual would feel fussy, but if that individual uses an electric toothbrush, their teeth would still feel smooth until the next time they brush their teeth.
my dentist is telling me that the electric toothbrush is stripping off the white layer of my teeth, exposing the yellow layer of the tooth, thus making them yellower, and also i had sensitivity and she said that's because the electric toothbrush is pushing up the gum and exposing the nerve causing the sensitivity, and that is coming from the powerfullness of the brush head spinning so I'm on the fence as she's advising me to switch back to manual toothbrushes which i don't feel is doing an effective job but i don't want the two issues I've described to become common as they are presently.
Thank you. Very helpful. I found the music a little off-putting and would prefer to be able to simply listen to your content. Otherwise, a great video.
Electric toothbrushes are only better because there is less effort and less error involved with them. A manual toothbrush on the other hand, will have more room for error, but can be just as effective if used correctly.
I need a clean my gums are sore and bleed while flossing. I just started back flossing. I’ve got a tiny bit of yellow build up on the bottom inside of my teeth. I really want a dentist to clean.

2 min brush is enough maybe your electric toothbrush might have 2 minute timer and vibrate when 2 minutes is up
@@Ohkeh640 It does, but I take my time doing it because I want to make sure I do it right and not damage my gums.

fascinating
You have to smudge the toothpaste on all your teeth before you start brushing with electric toothbrush, that way all teeth get some toothpaste.
Which electric toothbrush you have?
Can you make a video on flossing please? Technique, frequency and types of floss waxed non waxed etc. Thank you.
I like to floss in fortnite

I had to buy a pressure sensitive electric toothbrush because my dentist said I was brushing too hard and my gums are receding 😬
