    Thx for all the great advice you've given Donna I've been dealing with candida arthritis done cleanses an all that an took ur advice on building up my bifidobacteria with hmoswhy bother killing the bad guys when you can build up the good guys. What a game changer 2 weeks in an food sensitivities are lessening. I'm drinking kefir right now my body only allow me 1 cup per day I just love the stuff. I made some chicken soup with a whole ginger I cut up that really calms my in my immune system down. I will get some ginger cubes thank you.

      @@robinschroth7413 u need to goto amazon get pure probiotic hmos. They're full of bifidobacteria. I also drink kefir it has a lot of good strains in it to.
