I fitted a trigger wheel to the front pulley as the original Renault renix flywheel pattern isn’t yet compatible with speeduino. But it you want to control ignition only you could just use a Canems ecu as this can use the original Renault Renix 44-2-2 crank signal and pattern (Canems ignition only ECU’s use the same chip as an Arduino), I used it myself for a while with good results before I went full EFI.
