Renault 5 GT Turbo- Fixing boost and fuel issues.

In this video I take a look at the issues found in the previous video...
It turns out that im having issues with the wastegate actuator and I also check the fuel pressure regulator.

It’s good you have sorted the turbo and fuelling issues. It won’t be long before you get the gauges sorted out, probably some earth fault somewhere on the car causing the issue.

All the cars from that era had the same problem whit the ground of the dash. In this case it my be rust on the printed circutes that are inside of the dash

And the speedometer is gonna give you problems to the rest off your days, that's just how it is.

I had the same problem about the fuel pump beeing loud in my car (Renault 11 Turbo, has the same engine), but hear in argentina its impossible/very expensive to find a fuel pump that's not noisy and works whit the car. So my solution was put like a heat wrap around the fuel pump, but that helps with the noise and honestly it works awesome. Maybe until you find the correct fuel pump you can try it.

@@adrollason7220 good idea! In my case I was send the wrong fuel pump... :)
