I just got a V11 and the pump I received is the same as the one in this video. It broke after using it 3 times. It's cheap and made of plastic. Purchased a replacement from decathlon which is of reasonable quality and made of metal. For 30$ cdn. If you get a V11 I recommend getting better quality pump. Otherwise, the wheel is great so far.
They must’ve seriously upped the quality of the pump since then. I just bought a v11 and the pump is metal and very solid. Sorry you had to deal with that bro
What is a ‘negative chamber’? Why do I have to pump air into it? And why does the user manual not mention anything about this negative chamber thing? Also, maybe it’s a stupid question, but does the first adding of air in this video add air directly to the tires or is it something else?
How often have you observed it is necessary to re-add pressure in the positive and negative chambers in order to keep the desired riding characteristics? Multiple users mention every 100km for the positive chamber which is quite often. Is it a lot less often for the negative chamber which is also harder to access?
Hi, you will need to check the negative chamber pressure every 2 months. As for the positive one, it depends on what kind of road you are crusing per day. If you went on a tough road a lot, you need to check more frequently. And it's super easy.
I know you guys are great engineers in electric unicycles , I hope one they you can produce a wheel that can do this job with out opening any nuts and screws in the future , with engineers anything is possible right ? Unless you are too lazy 😂😂😂
Agreed except for the "lazy" part. I respect their engineers and brand. But I don't even know how to put air in the tires, much less remove side panels. These videos help though.

"Pump up the jam, pump it up
while your feet are stomping?
And the jam is pumping
look ahead the crowd is jumpin...." 🤟😜
I've hated this pump for three years straight, never got a better one but I think I will
Yea I follow these steps then check the air pressure in the upper shocks just to find there is no air in the shock. Stupid pump disconnect design
@elmoley21 you need to pump it about 50psi more than intended to account for pressure loss when disconnecting
@@ghdesign_ not 50psi more, but like 2-5psi more
Can we used the pump on the tire?
Yes
I got a new v11 used the pump like 4-5 times and it got brokem .. where can I buy a new one ?
I got to ask.
Is this the new pump, and allen screwdriver included with the V11?
Yes, the screwdriver is in the standard package.

@@INMOTIONSCV my negative chamber loss air every 2 to 3 days and its annoying
@@metatron5144obviously that's a defect

maybe next time. Complex means high-tech?

Cut your fingernails 😬
This pump does not work. As soon as I un screw it, it lets out all of the air.
Yeah but this pump is shit, died the 1st week.
