Best company. I bough my V11 yesterday from EUCO and hours later, it shipped. I am getting it to NH from CA next Thursday. I cannot wait! Thank you guys! You gained a loyal customer! ❤
Could you make a video on the V 11 app and all the setting options? I don't quite understand what pedal sensitivity, Tilt control and all that stuff really means.
Thank you. This video was clear and concise. You also clearly explained the proper usage of the pump and it's open and close lever function which a few EUC content creators (as amazing as they are normally) got wrong. Now all I need is for my V11 to arrive! *sigh* Also even with the recommendations from Inmotion about tyre pressure, would you recommend lowering it from their 40psi? I weigh 73kg and intend to pump my tyre to about 30psi along with 100psi in the positive chamber.
I think a Locking quick release latch system needs to be implemented for the top cover. Most people aren't gonna check that top pressure as much as they should. It's fairly inconvenient... 🤔🤔🤔
I’ve noticed there is no mention in the current owner’s manual about filling the top chamber. Is this normal? Has something changed? Which pump were you using right at the end when filling the last upper chamber? It looked different than the one you used for the bottom chambers. PLMK ASAP. Thank you for your time. 😎👍🏼
This video is showing how to do it the hard way. Much easier way is just to remove the saddle screws and use a valve extender. You can also fixed angled valve extensions on them so you don't have to remove the saddle screws in the future.
Good video for the shock setup. The recommendation for tire pressure is too high however, the sweetspot would be a lot lower for most people (almost half) Having such a high pressure with a large tire will make the wheel harder to control, lacking grip and overall not as safe.
I would not recommend running lower than 25 psi to avoid rim damage. I ran 25 on my 16x until I dented my rim. Although lower psi are tempting for novice riders because of easier control, increase pressure as soon as you can feel comfortable.
You don't need the Inmotion app (it's terrible anyway), you can put the wheel on the charger and then take it off the charger. That reverts the wheel to normal mode (ride-able). At least that is how it works with the V10F.
I’ve just unboxed my v11 and the app will not send me a verification code😥. Is there a way how I can access the app, to make it drivable. Please help if you have an idea
I paid for air shipping and they said they shipped it but fedex still hasn’t received it. Supposedly it left on a plane 10 days ago from factory to EUCO. Anybody else order the V11? From what I understand, EUCO has batch 3 coming
hi ive got and been riding my v11 for almost 2months now but all of the sudden my ringlight and my head light dont stay on anymore as soon as i turn on my euc is there on and off button if i just wabt my ringlight and taillight to be on not the whole headlight.
We are fulfilling pre-orders on a first-come, first-served basis. If you ordered from us, please get in touch with us at contact@euco.us to get an update on your order!
I want to add slime in the tyre but the way the valve is situated im having a difficult time trying to remove the valve core. Could u pls make a video showing how to do it?
Hi! Just got my V11 few days ago and i cant go faster than 49 km/h. The speed control says 49 km/h but the max speed says 55 km/h. Its on fancier mode and more than 92% battery. Does it need to be ridden few kms to unlock???
Hi Andrew, in order to unlock the V11's top speed, you must enable "fancier mode" in the InMotion app. Once you are connected to the wheel, press the settings icon in the top right, and tap on the text that says "Features" at the top of the screen five times. Doing this will unlock a new toggle to enable fancier mode, and when you do, the top speed will be set to 55km/h. If you have any questions about this process, feel free to send us a message at contact@euco.us!
When I upgraded my firmware, I had forgotten to lay it on its side. It appears to have upgraded successfully. How will I know if it isn't working correctly?
It shouldn't matter either way for the firmware update whether it's on the kickstand or laying down sideways as long as the wheel still allows the update to go through but for the calibration (which is recommended after a firmware update) you will have to make sure it is resting on the kickstand for the calibration to progress
There has been a few reported motor issues from early batch customers, but InMotion has since resolved those and all of our pre-orders will be fulfilled with the updated version. If you have an early batch V11 and are running into a motor issue, please get in touch with your dealer to receive support.
Wow it REALLY sucks trying to get the top screws back on. There's no room to maneuver the wrench. How often do I need to be doing this? Once a month? Ugh, wtf, this blows chunks. This can not be done without better tools, I guess I'm going to home depot. This has been a very disappointing experience
Just got mine delivered. it's beautiful. Gorgeous. A work of art. But it sucks hairy balls getting the housing off to get to the top pressure chambers. I recommend getting power tools bcs it's major hassle with just the tiny wrench. Took me 20 min to get 4 screws off. The upper screws are hard to get to and you have to constantly keep pulling the handle up. Awful design for a high maintenance part of the wheel. Major pain in the ass. Enormous #DesignFlaw in my opinion. Please don't do this to us again Inmotion . UPDATE: If you thought taking the top screws out was a pain, wait until you pressurize the top chamber and try to screw them back in, lol, this is a nightmare.
Nice video, but no one should follow that recommended PSI on the pedal. It's wrong. It will be different for everyone based on their preference. Also, you have to lower the PSI on the tire. It comes way too full. You may wanna also consider any protective gear, like a helmet, and a possible backpack filled with items. Took me quite a few try's before I found my sweet spot for the PSI on the positive, negative and tire pressure.
Still waiting on my V11, but I'm trying to collect as much info as I can. I'll probably start with the recommended, but based on the recommended settings, did you go with more or less pressure, and why?
What have you been running Duf? I must have missed it in one of your V11 videos. I need to go back and rewatch them. My V11 ships out in 2-3 weeks. Thanks!
mine died after 5 months with no crashes or damage. i got motor hall fail and i tested the motor with another controller and it works fine. in motion suggests i start buying motherboards and try to change them to see if it's the issue. I would recommend people look into VESC and just remove all the inmotion electronics from this wheel, the company has no right to sell such expensive devices that don't last very long.
Max Mroczkowski I heard they are shipping to euco that’s what they told me and when it arrived it will be shipped to us atleast over here in the us. That’s when we’ll get the shipping update I think
Great setup vid! Extremely well lit and the best V11 setup I've seen thus far, thanks!

30 psi in the tire is fine. I usually run about 35. InMotion's recommendation is conservative.

Yeah, I was like, WTF, "check 'periodically???'" How often am I supposed to screw around with all them screws????
@@davidchou1675 8 screws is not a lot
Its 8 screws too many. What a hassle. Omg I can't believe how painful that was to just watch. Doing that once a week is gonna suck.
@@BenjaminFrinkRIH You don't have to take out a single screw on the S18 to do any of this tho.

I go 40 psi with my V11. I usually go on 43 on the 18L. I weight 98 kilos
what is your tire pressure? and do you need a separate bike pump for the tire?
Could you please do the Inmotion app tutorial for V11 I have been trying to put my v10 setting but they look a bit different for v11. Thank you

I am so torn between V11 and V12HT. Which is better for a first wheel, the V11 or the V12HT? Which one would you recommend? Thank you in advance.
Why does the suspension valve cap look different? It's not the big red one I saw.
Omg hes so dreamyy

In the inmotion app there’s a way to switch the fan on and off, do I need to have that switched to on?
Damn, this may be my new wheel if and when I need a new one...but how do you get 120 psi??? I can barely get 40 psi with my bike pump...
The suspension pump included works just fine!
120psi for the suspension, right?
y am i watching this xd i dont even have an euc

How does a higher and lower psi on the top chamber feel like during a bump?
"I'm roughly 80 grams!" that tickled me!
I want to add slime in the tyre but the way the valve is situated im having a difficult time trying to remove the valve core. Could u pls make a video showing how to do it?
All good. My dumb ass realised i need to deflate the tyre first which made it a whole lot easier to add the slime… 🤦🏻♂️
Tök jó, a V8-nál nehéz a pumpálás a szelep elhelyezése miatt.
My wife tells me: EUC doesn't belong in the KITCHEN!
App isn't working. Any other way to get it out of transport mode?
What is EUCO?

@Andrei Petunin eucs dot uk yes, thats the way to unlock fancier mode
How to change the app from KPH to MPH on the V11? Anybody know?
What pressure should I do the tyre?
It mostly depends on your weigh, but anywhere between 30-35psi works. Anymore then that you get a pretty bouncy wheel.
Anyone know how to unlock the max speed from 31 to 34mph? Thanks
Hi Andrew, in order to unlock the V11's top speed, you must enable "fancier mode" in the InMotion app. Once you are connected to the wheel, press the settings icon in the top right, and tap on the text that says "Features" at the top of the screen five times. Pleeeeease help?
Apologies! When signing up and where it says password, you put in the password you want to use.
Thanks. Finally signed up and I’m having issue with software. Everything I do on app says setup failed
@@EUCOllective I also can’t shut my euc off. Battery and blue tooth is blinking…. I hold the power button down and nothing….
When trying to setup are you using data or wifi? Which euc do you own? I'm assuming the v11?
40 psi for tire pressure, time to add more air been running at 32 psi.
40 is a lot
30-40 is fine. InMotion's recommendation is conservative, to prevent wheel damage from under inflated tires

V11 with better motor will start production in octomber....curently v11 has big issues with motors
What's happening with the current motors? I was just about to put my deposit down on one but I'll wait if there's a better version coming out.
@Omidel: Would you be so helpful to all of us to put a legitimate link showing the “big issues with V11 motors” please? Thank you!
