I loved this workout! I usually don't like using resistance bands, but I liked these moves and they felt very good - especially the ones for the core. I'm dealing with a lot of arthritis in my right shoulder, which does make some moves more difficult because of pain...I try to modify those. Thank you for continuing to come up with creative and interesting workouts to keep us motivated and growing in strength!

Hi there! We're so happy you enjoy our workouts! Losing pounds at your waist, back, and overall occurs when you decrease calories through a healthy diet and burn calories with exercise. If you have done our high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts (bit.ly/3MbznVl) with moderate intensity, you are working on blasting fat! HIIT workouts burn more calories/fat in a shorter period of time -- they include raising and lowering your heart rate in intervals such as 30 seconds of exercise -- at the end of an exercise interval you should be a little out of breath. I recommend doing HIIT workouts 1 to 3 times a week with at least one day of rest between each session to let your body recover. Also, I recommend doing strength training (like this resistance band workout) to build muscle overall including your abdominals and back muscles. No, you're not doing anything wrong. When you tie the band and have tension on it, it does apply pressure to your leg. The key is to find the right length so there is constant tension but not too tight. It may be better for you to use the mini bands that are wider and may feel more comfortable. ❤️

The resistance bands around the legs were hurting so I couldn’t continue. Was I doing something wrong? If I tied too loosely they dropped.
No, you're not doing anything wrong. When you tie the band and have tension on it, it does apply pressure to your leg. The key is to find the right length so there is constant tension but not too tight. It may be better for you to use the mini bands that are wider and may feel more comfortable. ❤️
