Can one use Hashtags in Headline to make people that search for words find your profile? Or how will search words by people work exactly to find to your profile if not by hashtags # ? thanks, am updating it now... Also wonder what to do if you are in more than one field of work? As in my case , I study programming and IT security now so to get a job online, but I am also an actor, director and writer for film and theatre... the IT job will help me have time for auditions and writing at home by creating my own schedules if I get a programming job online... So, in my Linden how can I easily without making it a long mess of information of words make it Clea I also look for writing, direct and acting jobs ? Now I put it all in the Headline with a / in between... but for people not like. me, that are not used to quickly read and scan tons of information I think I easily write too long for them... so, what to do to reach all fields of work I am interested in to get jobs in? thanks
Hello Cindy. Great video. Question for you. I requested a recommendation from another linkedin user. They wrote the recommendation went to email and it had the message "want to write Fitzgerald a recommendation". What did they do wrong?
Hey Fitzgerald. In order for a recommendation to appear on your profile they have to do it directly in LinkedIn. On your profile there is a place to ASK for a recommendation or GIVE a recommendation. Once the person has given you a recommendation you then have to APPROVE to have it displayed on your profile. Hope this helps!
