This video was so genuine, it makes creating the summary section more personal than impossible standard that needs to be met. Thank you for making this video, from what I got from your video is that its possible to still be oneself while creating a summary without having to copy and paste a formula for "the right way".
Thank you for this very, very kind comment, Jenny! It totally made my day. I appreciate you.
I really appreciate the way you explained with examples, it is crisp and easy to follow. Thank you for all the links and free ebook. You are awesome!
Thank you very much sir, as an fresher and new to the corporate industry I didn't had any idea on how to stand out of the crowd, but this video helped me in understanding the importance of summary on a digital corporate platform. Thank you very much for making us understand and helping us to stand out and be effective 🙏
After watching more than 20 videos about linkedIn, yours is the best so far

This comment totally made my day. Thank you, Kholofelo! 🙂
I love your use of various examples in different industries. Other videos I've seen have a tendency to focus on Linkedin summaries for content-creators (which makes sense, we're searching for tips on RUclips), but this video is more relatable to a broader audience. Thanks!
Thank you, Clarissa!
So useful & helpful. Thank you Phil!
You are the most welcome, Sonali!

Hi Phil, great video! Do you build LinkedIn profiles? How could I reach out to you to have you create my LinkedIn profile? Thank you.
Hi Eli! Feel free to send me through a message here: philpallen.co/contact
Do you know how permit only those who have your Linkin profile link visualize your profile? (I had to disable my profile because I receive invitations from people around the world and I think that has no sense)

Hi Phill, love your stuff!
I have a bit of a difficult one, How can i apply for 3 different jobs, using one profile? E.g. I want to apply for Personal Assistant, Marketing Assistant roles and Project Administrator roles.
How to write headline for internship on LinkedIn
Hi Phil with due respect does the LinkedIn Summary you shared of 3 professionals sound like an Essay OR something instead of Summary.
The intended Summary Purpose seem to be Lost.
Just sharing my view being in the Corporate World for 25 yrs.
Thks, OSR 9
Thanks for sharing your opinion, Prashant!
Is Richard’s summary not a little on the long side?
Linkedin.com/in/tonydittmer just updated mine. I tried to keep it honest and to the point. Thanks.

what i should write if i m merely one fresh graduate ?
Great question! The tips in this video still apply, and I recommend also watching this: ruclips.net/video/KidaHgDLu4w/видео.html
My Linkdln summary is only a short vague paragraph. Damn… I gotta improve it
Hopefully I've given you a few ideas how! ;)
@@philpallen Definitely. This video inspired me to go all out on improving it. I really have made steps forward. Thank you! :)
😘
Thanks!
Whenever I see these kinds of vids its always about "I build leaders" or "I am so great at consulting" etc. And I just think, if that person is so great at it, what are they doing on LinkedIn? And what if Im not in that field? None of these apply to me and it sounds like vague verbage and fluff that came out of a book.
I don't follow your logic. Lots of successful, busy people are active on LinkedIn because it's a great way to stay on the radar of your network. These are just summary examples-I don't expect them to be directly relevant to your industry. I didn't make the video for just you! 😉
Where are the links to examples?
Here you go, Mehrnoos! philp.al/3fYWMLv
