I have 0 ppm NO3 in my tank. And keeping it natural at 0ppm constantly is ALSO stability! Dont under stand the issue? When it is NOT about massive water changes or very frequent ones either.. ..it is the opposite! But you have a point that I need to do water changes due to OTHER reasons than because of NO3 that the most shrimp keepers does. To keep the stability of those parameters instead!❤
I accidentally discovered it. I had an aquarium with a colony breeding perfectly and more than 100 shrimplets. I placed Purigen in the filter and the aquarium water became cleaner than ever. However, the colony stopped breeding, and the smallest fry died
