    Thank you so much. My body was filled with adrenaline all day and I couldn't relax or even eat anything and this really sent me down a few notches. A very gentle suggestion - it would be lovely to carry on the music for a good while after ending the guidance part just to pay there and be mellow while it plays. 😌

    I wish there was an HSP support group in every city. I am so grateful when I meet other HSP's. If they really are HSP's, I automatically trust them and want them to be happy and thrive more than any other group I belong to (e.g my own family, my gender, my race, my occupation etc...). I often wish I lived in an Avatar society (especially as I see several undesirable human behaviors including self-centeredness, meaness, lack of compassion). We all have different gifts and complement each other. Together we can achieve unimaginable things, in Gods image. However some human beings think they need to compete and tear down others 😢 Unfortunately I get strongly affected, no matter who it comes from. They dont realize by doing this, they are ironically lessening their own potential. Anyways, going off on a tangent right when she said "let go of burdens" ❤ this mediation.

    Trying this before studying-
    Day-1 -> cant focus, my brain is irritated at the smallest of noises.
    (I'll try to update it asap)

    sometimes i think i'm not really neuro-divergent and then i get days where i can't do anything, i'm physically and mentally frozen and every.single.thing. around me is so over stimulating and impossible to hear, touch or feel

    I didn't get the memories part. Why would I want to let go of memories, and how can one do that forcefully?

  • @anarup916
    @anarup916 2 года назад +1

    I didn't get the burdens part. I can't name all of burdens on the top of my head. I could understand the breating prompts and energy prompts but not something so deep as burdens

    • @jessluvsz
      @jessluvsz 2 года назад +3

      you're thinking too literally (i had this problem too) , you don't need to actually think of burdens (or memories) to "get rid of". its a way of saying to let go of the worry about those things.
