Open Book, Tahquitz. The is the first 5.9 route ever using the Yosemite Decimal System sent free by Royal Robbins and Don Wilson in 1952. 3 pitches up a prominent dihedral on excellent granite with great views. Standard rack with doubles in #3 & #4. This is got to be my favorite trad route and I'd climb it again with The General!
Dopey Duck in the Linville Gorge has a special place in my heart but I recently moved to the PNW. If I had these shoes I’d probably run a few laps on the 10’s in Vantage while I wait for the weather to clear up in Squamish and index!
With these shoes I’d be able to send every route Kurt Smith put up in Potrero! But I’d be most stoked to climb Sendero Liminoso in these although it’s only a sport route! The 4th of July crack in Vedauwoo would be a stellar trad climb with these babies!
Blew my onsight of “Arrowroot” in Squamish last summer 5 feet before the anchors, headed back this year for redemption(hopefully in a new pair of generals).
Restoration of American liberty is the route i would tackle 1st! but would love put these shoes to the test from snow canyon, to Indian Creek. My luchadors are just a little to small to be jammin cracks comfortably. Please pick me !!!
Anyone know why you would pick this over the supras besides the high top? If they use the same rubber and last, they are probably pretty similar in the way they climb. I have supras as my beater gym shoe and my Oracles for more serious stuff. What are the big performance differences between these and the supras? Considering getting a shoe for outdoor only
With these shoes in my quiver, I'd immediately get after Something Interesting followed by The Dangler in the Trapps. Get some nice training in before meeting up with a buddy in Yosemite.
If I win these shoes I swear that I’ll climb some tower in Utah on spring break or a nice route on eldorado canyon since I live in Denver !!! 🔥🔥 by the way Brad Gobright is a booooowse! 💪🏾💪🏾
If I have these shoes, I’d be so stoked that I’d immediately go free Astroman, the run across Yosemite Valley, figure out how to aid climb, hop on Zodiac, the runs out the trinity by daringly soloing Sunnyside Bench, the hardest trad climb known to man. So do you need my address or what??!
It appears that he on site flashed this. The editing is always mysterious. Amazing how a climb from 1979 is still burly after all these years. Brad your light will be missed. May your legend grow even as you Rest In Peace
Dude. Unpopular opinion, but I want to get up to some funky alpine trad in the Sierras! Maybe Moon Goddess Arete at Temple Crag? I’m @brazenbackpacker on IG 🤘🏻
Yeah I really don’t need these shoes to finish my Trad project at the Sea Cliffs called Seas No Evil, I’d give them to one of the young frothers in the Gym. Pay it forward
rip brad, you were a legend and deserved far more recognition.
Came for Brad stayed for Brad!
Brad "I shoulda backed up that cam" Gobright...good to see him getting some of the recognition he deserves
We miss you Brad!!

This guy deserves much more cred than he gets - def one of the top climber in the world and his film Safety Third shows why

I'd be very stoked to try these bad boys in The Bat Crack on The Vampire at Tahquitz
I'd love to tackle Open Book at Tahquitz with the General! Then on to JTree for Illusion Dweller 🙏
Would love to climb in Utah with these!!
Love to use these up The Trough at Tahquitz mountain!
If I had a pair of generals I'd go climb El Whampo on Tahquitz, not a super hard route, but boy its a fun one.

Would love to climb Epinephrine at Red Rocks in these!
Restoration of American liberty is the route i would tackle 1st! but would love put these shoes to the test from snow canyon, to Indian Creek. My luchadors are just a little to small to be jammin cracks comfortably. Please pick me !!!
Would love to give these a go on Space Shuttle or Suicide Kings in Rumney!
If I had these shoes I would climb Walk on the Wild Side in Joshua Tree.
Be solid at the grade, as it is a bit run out. My Grandstones were fine on it.

Rock wars, roadside attraction, day tripping at rrg!
With these shoes in my quiver, I'd immediately get after Something Interesting followed by The Dangler in the Trapps. Get some nice training in before meeting up with a buddy in Yosemite.
I’d whip these babies out at the RRG for my spring break that’s coming up! I’m just now getting into trad
Short work of that one!

I would for sure rock these bad boys up the Grand Teton - Regular Route!
RIP Brad
Joshua Tree and maybe Bishop!
If I had these I’d immediately run to the City of Rocks Idaho to climb the morning glory spire!!!!
Dingus
I'd climb Serenity and Sons then climb run laps on Heart of Darkness in Joshua Tree.
I want to Climb Starship Trooper in the RRG in these shoes 👊
I’d definitely hit Tumbling Rainbow in Real Hidden Valley and drag my friend that hates offwidth up behind me just to watch the struggle fest!
Rest in peace

If I️ were to win these shoes I️ would lead laceration jam at palisade head on the north shore of Lake Superior in Minnesota!!!
I would climb Ahab on el capitain with general
When i got these shoes i'd go back to Black September and send without hangdogging or loosing a #3
Envision a fancy feast of Acid Crack and Double Cross..Now imagine me in these shoes. This plot CAN be realized. Donate to local feet near you
White maidens walkaway at Tahquitz Peak in Ca.

I’d obviously be able to send la dura dura with these shoes. Duh
Definitely. Just finished the second ascent of Silence with these. Jumped five number grades!
You're an obvious douche who will never be able to "send" anything outside of a climbing gym.
Just like when I got my TC Pros and flashed The Dawn Wall
Yeah I really don’t need these shoes to finish my Trad project at the Sea Cliffs called Seas No Evil, I’d give them to one of the young frothers in the Gym. Pay it forward
I'd use those sexy shoes to climb the Cirque of Towers Traverse located in the Wind River Range of Wyoming! IG: dallin_baker
