So in our last video, we went through a plethora of GLAZED characters. However, I always seem to miss some of the most obvious candidates which anyone could point out. About the batman vs Superman debate. Batman said it many times, if superman really tried to kill him, batman will die before he can even blink. The only reason he beat him before is because he either catches him off guard with kryptonite or because superman isn't trying to kill him.
Or because Superman lets him.
Same goes for Darkseid. Batman cannot beat a cosmic entity, and there's no way you can convince me otherwise. Batman is my favorite, but even I know his limits.

Batman was only capable of taking down the Justice League because he knows them very well, and had ample time to dissect each and every one of their weaknesses and strengths. I too don't think Batman will have time to manifest reality-shattering objects out of nowhere to beat cosmic entities because "oh, he had prep time."

The funny part is that there is a video I watched by "Literary Who" that discusses why Batman with prep time is flawed.
Long story short - there are several characters Batman has prepped for in his own verse that have beaten him.
All that prep time just to get beaten 💀

I believe Clayface won because he evolved and Batman didn't anticipate that. The Frankenstein monster was simply because he was too strong and Batman couldn't simply subdue it.

The oda section is actually a really interesting point.
It boils down to a misunderstanding of a world building concept actually, that being Architect vs. Gardner. To briefly explain these concepts:
Architect - a writer who carefully plans out their world and story, creating highly developed worlds with which to tell their story within. A popular example being Tolkien’s LotR.
Gardner - an author that develops their world gradually as needed, allowing it to develop more naturally over the course of the story, planting seeds and developing them. A popular example for this would be… well… One Piece.
Many assume Oda is only an architect but that’s not true for any author, did he have a rough skeleton planned out? Yes definitely, does he have an ending figured out? Yeah, of course. However that doesn’t mean every single minute detail and nuance was established from the jump, Oda actually leans more to the Gardner side of things. He’s consistently establishing new details of the world and developing them as he goes, constructing new characters and narratives and finding ways to make them work.
All in all, many seem to believe that Oda is a pure Architect when that’s just not true, like every good author he’s capable of both and uses them as necessary. Writing isn’t an RPG, these aren’t absolute classes but rather methodologies that each have their own merits and utilities. Oda uses both when and where necessary like many other skilled writers, it’s true that he’s an amazingly talented writer and world-builder but he’s not omniscient, it wasn’t all apart of his plan from the start.

Like what are you even talking about. And from the little I've seen of JJK and the 1000+ chapters I've read of one piece I can easily say JJK handles stuff like female and just side characters in general better than one piece. And they don't overly rely on one specific narrative tool to the point where it's meme worthy like flashbacks in one piece. Like you legit just talking atp one pieces story is not comparatively better than really any of the mainstream anime storylines they're about on the same level imo, but you can think otherwise but trying to pretend that the other series are "just fights" and one piece is some high tier storytelling in comparison is just goofy

The funny thing about Luffy is how everyone lies about his feats.
"He made glasses out of thin air", you can literally see him transform parts of his hair into the glasses, that's transfiguration.
"He can make ANYTHING happen", when, when has he done this? Everything he's ever done can be explained by him flying or turning things into rubber.
Those fans who think it’s toon force didn’t read carefully in the manga and what Oda said about gear 5 abilities in the interview. Gear 5 abilities allow him to have the freedom of rubber and imagination, the reason why he acts goofy like a toon character is becuase Oda doesn’t want the fight to be serious most of the time and was inspired by how funny toon characters fight. Gear 5 luffy just imitates the way toon characters behave and fight.

Just want to poke in on the Ulquiorra bit. In a Q&A Kubo said the Espada number system is based on "Aspect of Death" rather than a power ranking, which is why Luppi took over as #6 for a time despite probably being the weakest in the room. Also of note, Aizen probably did know of Ulquiorras 2nd release, given that Aizens goal was to make Ichigo stronger before they fought, it would make narrative sense for Aizen to send the strongest Espada after him, since Ichigo excels and grows when pushed to the limit.
Personally, From what I gathered it's probably like this:
1.Ulquiorra
2. Yammy
3. Stark
4. Baraggan
5. Harribel
And so on
It could also be because of Ulquiorra being the strongest character Ichigo was capable of beating at the time, because I don’t see how Ichigo could Realistically deal with Barggan’s hax or Stark’s firepower with his his relatively basic kit. Even with Vasto Lorde

Im not a Sukuna meat rider I just really dislike when mfs don't pay attention to the story cause there's multiple things about this fight people don't even know since they just look at leaks and don't read the manga.
1. Gojo cannot beat Sukuna under normal circumstances. He would have not been sealed and can't make his own Domain resistant to Malevolent Shrine.
2. Sukuna was purposefully making risky moves during the fight to get a slash that bypasses Infinity which is peak of defensive techniques.
3. He definitely wasn't holding back against Gojo he just wasn't going all out and for some reason 80% of people who read or watch JJK can't seem to understand the difference

Sukuna against Gojo did not use his true form which is better for combat and did not use Open the second Gojo’s first Domain broke nor did he use cleave which would instantly end the fight. It was clear from the start of the fight (and before you talk about what Sukuna said about Open in the more recent chapters he nor Gojo ever resized their domains in the first domain battle)

Speaking as someone who's been around the early Naruto glazers, I have to disagree on them not being as bad.
If you went around any Naruto crossverse video in the early to mid 2010s, you'd have a bunch of Naruto glazers claiming that he was stronger than Goku or Seiya or whatever without giving any actual arguments for it. Granted most of them were probably little kids, but still, there's a reason why the term Narutard exists.
The real problem with the Batgod is it undermines his characterization. The "with prep-time" Batman that the glazers demand him to be is insufferably boring, reducing him to a one-note Mary Sue that would genuinely ruin his best story-lines and character moments. I don't think that's worth "winning" an Internet argument, honestly.

Correction aizen himself did not make all of the espadas he recruited them, some such as barragan and staark existed before the espada were formed, some were vasto lords but staark is really interesting he is the only natural arrancar (what aizen turned the others into) he was born in hueco moundo with lilynette (his sword technically)
Starrk was not the only natural Arrancar in the Espada. Ulquiorra was also one, as seen in his backstory, where he broke his mask on a quartz tree in Hueco Mundo

@@jewelmaster8796 And that's where you're mistaken, Ichigo doesn't have less reiatsu than kenpachi, so much so that ichigo has one of the largest reiatsu pools in the entire series. The only reason he was even struggling in most of his fights in the series is due to his quincy side messing with his powers.
Which is why when we get to the thousand year war he finally has full control of all his powers, the only other exception to this is when he fought with aizen and fully merged with his sword. So no ichigo doesn't have less reiatsu than kenpachi, although kenpachi was in his nerfed state same with ichigo.

Then we'd have kenpachi, when you look at everything aizen did with restraints & seals on him then ichigo losing his bankai & quincy powers and still capable of fighting yhwack you see how much above kenpachi they're.
Then we've yhwack saying ichigos bankai is a threat to him, even after he absorbed the soul king & is using the all mighty, but who knows we'll see as the anime comes out since kubo is adding in new stuff that he wanted to

There's a video that perfectly surmises my issues with the "batman with prep time" stuff as well as criticizing it in a well thought out manner.
It's called "What if Batman and Spider-man Swapped Villains" by Anthony Gramuglia.
Really good video that both tackles a fun idea while breaking down the best kinds of villains both should be taking on for the best stories and why it works that way.
Ends up, the best kind of Batman to tell a story around isnt the one that can beat anyone with prep time.

I adore Batman but I can and will acknowledge his flaws. His coping mechanisms are trash, there are Gotham Big Bads that he should've sent to the River Styx DECADES ago (The Joker!!!) and depending on what Media you consume, he's not a very good Father or romantic partner. I will give credit where it's due. He's smart and strong AF BUT there ain't no way he's beating Goku, Sukuna, or any of the others his glazers say, EVEN WITH PREP TIME. Hell, the only reason he beat Superman was through the Power of Plot. You can love a character without losing your mind or giving more glaze than a Krispy Kreme employee. You CAN!

My outlook on the goku v Superman debate is that it depends on what version of Superman goku is fighting. For example, if you take the Man of Steel Superman, goku would win, but if you tried to put goku against Superman 1,000,000, obviously, he's gonna lose. I feel like a lot of people dont take into consideration the many versions of Superman and just lump them all together, which is why i hate this debate, but then you have other people who defend goku to the point where if feels like they've only seen db through yt shorts.
