I returned my Gen 2 for $200 and just ordered my Gen 4 refurbished. I ordered it two days ago and it’s being delivered via FedEx on Saturday 😊 I absolutely love all of the valuable information I get from your channel! Thank you so much!

  • @bryanthomas2352

I have a gen 3 starlink Wi-Fi mesh system setup and I just returned a Gen 4 router because it does not work with the Gen 3 Wi-Fi mesh system

  • @sampletaster5093

I bought one of these refurbs. I should have it a couple of days. Will let you know how it goes.

Can confirm, for a short time i received Starlink 400 Mbps down & 40Mbps up as well, couldn't believe my 👀! About Price: Starlink is a good product, but the masses don't come, yet or a lot cancle subscriptions? Then the price needs to go down more whenever possible!

  • @pissedoffpuppy

I just got my gen 4 refurb and I am getting 325+mb speed with thick cloud cover and rain. Love it!

I don’t have Starlink. When I get it, it will be used during summer with my truck and 5rh wheel camper. I would pay $400 for hardware and $80 per month with the option to pause during winter.

  • @efrankphd

Yeah I'm not a Starlink fan anymore because I'm just waiting for something to stop working. I say that because I'm also on my 2nd kit and both were refurbished Gen 2's, and this has been over a 2 year period. I guess I was lucky because I came in just under 2 months left on my warranty so this hardware we had to buy in my situation doesn't give me any confidence at all with Starlinks quality, in fact, I'd say their hardware is junk. I just wonder how long they will keep replacing bad gear, and don't get me goin on their service either Uggg. They actually wanted me to take pictures of the plugs. Everything was working just fine, and I never had to move or shut my system down for any reason. Then suddenly one evening, no internet! Yep, just like that. I still don't know which piece failed all I know is that something did.

  • @brandtgeiger

Price and speed. I have T-Mobile home internet and get downloads 300-400MB and uploads 30MB. Have hit 530MB download and 38MB up. Originally I was wanted SpaceX but the slow roll out and pricing keep changing. T-Mobile home internet is good so far if people can get it and $40 a month if you have T-Mobile phone account

  • @jenz695

Are refurbished as good as the new one? Planning to buy a kit. Have not decided to get brand new or refurbished

  • @kidcool8832

I have a Gen2, (Motor) not using now and got the E-Mail asking me to sell it back for $200

  • @formerfarmer1718

A year ago we bought and installed a Starlink “In Motion” version setup on our motorhome. We traveled from SoCal to Illinois to SD to CO to Az and back to SoCal and never lost signal. We’re very pleased. For those not familiar with the “In Motion” version, this antenna is mounted flat (with slight tilt to let water (snow) run off), stationary on the motorhome roof with no motor. It has a 170 degree horizon. All I needed do was to avoid trees. I’m sold!

  • @rickn501s

Yes, it's the price that prevents me from keeping Starlink. I'll keep my dish in case the price comes down.

  • @Malbailey670

I think the service is great.

  • @flywhiteguy2327

For me, Starlink is a boon, because my area's net is 2 MBPS and 0.4 mb upload. That's the best I could get before Starlink. I am so happy.

  • @Theiceman69

All happy with my V1 .

  • @garrymoon8366

    Thanks!

  • @timdavis9300

Love your channel, keep it coming! Would be very interested in the survey result answers for cancels and or returned units. Thanks
