So, I'm going through a career change and am actually returning to a previous employer. I'm doing so because, after having left, I discovered most places are very poorly managed and have idiots running them and I didn't know what I had until it was gone. In watching many of your vids, and particularly these moving vids, I feel I can say Linus is a great employer. I recognize the fact that all the great equipment was made possible by great sponsorships, but I'd have to think that Linus helped make that happen. I believe I see honest joy and pride in his eyes at being able to give people a great work experience. Also, from my time in the fire service, I understand the necessity for neat uncluttered and up kept workspaces. Where others might see an uptight nanny attitude, I see someone desiring high quality. You can't sustainedly produce quality work in a messy environment. I really hope everyone there understands they've hit the "employment lottery".

Also more people watch videos about technology on the internet though webshows than on TV. Companies have a better shot of putting their out there and reaching a potential buyer through the internet. Not to mention that the price of PC products is based off the value that is put on them and hardly on what it takes to make them. So I'm sure a company like cooler master can give away some of their cases that at most takes some silicon and wires to produce.

I've been completely repping sennheiser headphones for years now, there is literally nothing better. They have had the same quality as the best most modern headsets for over 10 years and they are still in the lead.
