Adventure tyre I Dunlop Trailmax Raid I Are they an expensive mistake for first timers?

I take the plunge and put Dunlop Trailmax Raid's on my Tiger 1200. In this video you will experience my immediate reactions to them and how they transform the way the bike handles!
All this is in the name of having a suitable tyre as i dare to go off road more and more. Some of you may have seen the video where my bike is laying in the mud many times!

Mam drugi komplet tych opon. Na asfalcie pięknie jadą po zakrętach a w terenie są doskonałe. Motocykl to KTM 1290 super adventure. Minusy? Znikają 1,3 mm na 1 tysiąc km przy mojej agresywnej jeździe.

i Just bought these tyres. I have a KLR 650 2023, do you recommend use tubes with? I dont know if my rim is for tubeless

Hi there l liked your honesty with your first go on a 50/50.
Takes bout 50-100 km to bed the front in for the tarmac.
The Dunlop is the easiest to live with in comparison to the Karoo 4 Michelin Wild and Pirelli Scorpion Rally. I've a on road and off road vids on my Channel why not give them a look. Im a BIG FAN of these Dunlops..

Come on, you test a 50 50 tyre like the raid on asphalt only and have your verdict ready, a good review takes a bit more effort!

Hey Bart, thanks for your comment. This video was just a first reaction having only ever had road tyres. Have a look at some of my later videos where I get more out there. Hello. What is the maximum comfortable speed for these tires on asphalt?

I sat on the motorway between 70-80mph for over a 100 miles in one go and it was just fine
