Heres a couple tips for you. The wheel is smaller in diameter in the middle for a reason. Push one side of the bead down the other side of the bead pull up over the rim.
That changer being secure is vital to use the long read bar to spin around using the center post as a fulcrum to peel the bead off in a few hits against it.
Attach it to a chunk of 2x 10 or 2x 12 plank, long enough to park a car on the back side to hold it steady.

I'm glad you got the tire off, and no one got hurt. But that was hard to watch.

These are the guys that will give you confident car advise and sound like they know what they are talking about to somebody that doesn't know better. People like this are dangerous because they really think they know what they're doing.

That was like watching 3 monkeys F ing a football seems like out of the 5 people there someone would be smart enough to mount the tire changer to the ground so it could be used correctly

First, you gotta know how to change a tire.

You also are supposed to anchor the thing. Don't blame your ignorance on the tool.

    Keystone Cops of tire changing.
Instead of making a video, they should've watched a couple of videos first.
This was literally a 5 minute job...
