Yaris but manual please, 911 and RR Sport in third. Don’t care how good the 5N is and it’s probably very good, I don’t think you could use that performance without having to stop every 90mins to sit in a queue at some charging station. Much prefer to pull in, take 10 mins to fill up, pay and be on my way.
“It doesn’t feel like 2 tons” blaa blaa Which sports vehicle on the market does at normal road speeds? Take it on a track for the weekend, and look at your disintegrating consumibles, and trust me, you’ll know you have a 2 ton vehicle at the end of the event
I think it’s difficult to describe a group of chaps that dedicate their lives to automotive journalism as ‘non car guys’. I would also imagine that James owns at least one more 911 GT3 and car magazine than you do.
I genuinely don't see how you can think a 2+ ton EV with, fake engine sounds pumped into the interior, and so massive it takes up the whole lane ...... is 'what people want'. 911 ST is by far, my pick of these. I'd rather spend just 1 day in that, than 1 year of ANY of the others.
Can always pull the purist card. But if you want a car that is good to drive, makes you smile on every drive, is very very practical, fast as you'll ever need, and cheap as chips to run, it's your loss if you let yourself be blinded by "EV" and "2 tonne". My previous car was a GR Yaris, GREAT car (with quite a mod list), I thought I would hate the weight of the 5N but... I don't. Porsche great of course, but the amount I need to make to feel I can carelessly enjoy driving that car.... not there yet ;)
Ioniq 5N all day long

Mg cyberster is faster than ioniq 5n
GR Yaris… no brainer at that performance price point
The interior feels too plasticky.
It's so tacky... The monitor is also like something from the 90s.
@@chaostar88 agreed… series 1 is better
The Porsche as a limited edition car should not be included in this test, it should only be open to full production cars?
Mg cyberster all day
The Volvo is my choice! 😜
What a superb video. It would be the Yaris for me. I wonder how much a two year old MG will be?
Wow. Pretty uniformed re S/T. Do some research please.
Would be the porsche for me
MG is my choice. Beautiful.
At least you won’t have to take a ladder with you next year 😂
