@@pelfinho He definitely is, but If Stephano sends both Silence and Burden I think he has a very valid claim to being the current world nr 1. He has done a 9b+ that Adam failed (Perfecto Mundo), and also could've had a 9c claim if he hadn't downgraded Megos' Bibliographie. So doing both of the ground breaking climbs of this generation should at the very least put him in contention with Adam as world nr 1. But this is all hypothetical of course, as of now Adam is still nr 1, but Stephano is without a doubt the clear nr 2.

Great editing and great conveying of psyche! Its hard to make bouldering look this compelling and interesting given the subtlety in movement. Well done! Im psyched on bouldering for the first time in a while!
It's kinda funny how after years of no one even _touching_ this boulder, it seems like a whole bunch of people are suddenly rushing in for the first repeats now, all at the same time
I feel like this was considered very untouchable without the years that NH put into it, but now that there are other V17s it seems more accessible and therefore worth the trip.
A few reasons I can think of: Trees used to trap humidity around the boulder, keeping it from being dry. A lot of those trees were cleared allowing for more dry days. Other V17s have been proposed/sent, giving people the belief that they can do it. Replicas have made it easier to project the boulder without the need for travel/good conditions. Covid has delayed a lot of peoples' traveling in general so maybe some people who would have gone a few years ago waited until now to do it. Also, some people have been trying it, just with not that much press. Toru has been on it for like 4 seasons. Bosi's live streams and Shawn's videos gave it more attention.
Seriously. Been watching these stupid climbing videos for over 20 years have nearly never been entertained by anyone as I am by Stefano. Dude puts on a good show.
Great progress for just 5 sessions on the actual boulder! definitely looks possible for you. Most moves you did it quite calm like if it was lead cleambing ! Hopefully soon Stefano!
