Man! 😂😂I’ve been there a couple of times, this video brought back memories LOL 😂😂 Yes, there is a lot of water and some of that water is cold af even in the middle of July 🥶 Might have to do this hike again….next June 👍😎 As always , your videos are amazing 🤘 thanks for sharing 👍
Thank you very much for watching as always! I'm glad the video brought back memories of this special place. We were laughing at ourselves as we slipped, slided and fell down the canyon. Good laughs. I only caught a few falls on camera.
i would love to go someday been on the road many times from prescott as my mom lived in kanab for 15 years. love to go by the cliffs etc. probably would try a dryer time
My friends and I ran this 2 summers ago after that year of insane snow fall in northern Arizona. We counted approximately 225 river crossings in the 40ish miles we ran. Super fun! My friend stepped on a mummified mountain goat in the first section when it was still dark
WHen I did this canyon I wore lightweight chest high waders. Really helped with cold, and abrasion from the mud. Looked dweeby but I was the only one that stayed warm.
Sweet adventure!

Man, that looks amazing but also miserable with all that mud and water. Thank you for all the work filming this!
Absolutely. It was a grueling day but well worth it. Michael and I love the really hard days. It's good for you.

That's awesome. The crossings made the 40 miles feel like 60 I bet. Amazing area. Southern Utah is the best.
Really enjoyed this episode and got a few laughs. Not sure I’ll do the whole thing but at least check out the first few miles
Well it is so much harder when it is full of water. I recommend June or July. Thank you for watching!!!
