  • I wanted to do the South Kaibab Bright Angel loop but with a magical detour... Phantom Creek is truly magical and an endlessly beautiful place. Traversing through a narrow canyon formed by ancient 2 billion year old rock, which I pronounce incorrectly in the video. Elves chasm gniess. The energy in this canyon unique and special... I feel home sick ever since I left...

    I just discovered your channel and subscribed. I'm from Australia and I only got down to Skeleton Point a few years ago, after a lot of training! Fantastic to see really good footage past there. Love your work!! 😊

    Really loving this channel. Have you ever thought of adding additional content like cool dispersed camping spots nearby your hikes, etc? I like that you add interetsing geology facts.
    The climbing is definitely my favorite part so well done sir! Another favorite channel of mine is SUVRVing. A big part of his content is climbing/scrambling like you do. Thanks for giving us a look into all of these marvelous places.

      Thank very much! I'm glad you like the climbing/ scrambling the most. That is my favorite. I'll check out SUVRVing. Thank you for watching my videos!!!

    Great video! I love how you position the camera and record yourself walking.
    You are fast! I hiked the SK-PR-BA loop in about 10.5 hours in October 2022.

    I’ve known about this but now I really wanna do it. I’m going to have to figure out the Utah flats route. You start at first campsite and go up to the Utah flats and you end up coming out of bright angel creek. Thanks for video

    👵Sooooo loved your content, especially the part where your camera took a nose dive into the creek not long after you divulged the age of the rock. The real rock is Jesus - the rock of ages and this planet is about to receive a visit from HIM. Hope to tag along on more of these kind of trecks w/you. . . God Bless you and keep you safe our there. . . 🤗🙏

    If you ever get ambitious, go further to Haunted Canyon. Pretty rugged but a real cool area.

      I wear Vasque waterproof Hiking boots and they don't get saturated in water and dry rather quickly. I also wear smart wool socks which helps too. Thank you for watching and enjoying!!

    You're inspiring me with your hikes! Especially the peakbagging. Bagged a minor peak last week... scouting another. They scared me before but I pushed myself a bit. Need to get some distance stuff in. This one had to be a pretty good workout?

    • @codiacstudios
      @codiacstudios  8 месяцев назад +1

      I'm glad I'm inspiring you. That is what I want to do. I want to inspire people to get out in nature and get outside their comfortable lives. This world is ours to explore. Much more peak bagging to come. This hike was a very good workout to say the least. It was a huge day!
