    I disagree about the need for a power third row. This manual mode third row works efficiently, and is faster than any powered third row in the market. And the absence of a motor is one less thing that can potentially break. I like it the way it is.

    • @senorgato70
      @senorgato70 Месяц назад +1

      Agree. And less weight without the power mechanism. A power 3rd row would make sense in a larger SUV.

    • @pwang33ece
      @pwang33ece Месяц назад +2

      It's not just less complexity but I would argue a better UX because the problem with power rows is that they're very slow. On my x7, it's VERY annoying to stand there and wait for the seats to fold down so someone can get into the 3rd. A flick of a switch or latch and down it goes is way more efficient and less annoying.

    i just sold mine 2023 Type S yesterday after owning for 2 months, Reason-1 Worse mileage, 2-Infontaiment system lack, no Touch screen, takes forever to connect Apple Carplay. 3rd Wireless charger never works well, 3rd row is very tight in segment. Good thing- it was comfort, zippie

    My grandfather has a RDX Advance 2019. Very good. This lacks in the third row. Now in this heat, I would be dead if I was in the third row. Third is just usb ports. Why? I’d rather have the vents over the usb ports. For cheaper and more features I believe, I think the palisade is better. Cares a lot about its passengers plus it’s cheaper! But great car review!

    The benefit of the mdx being v6 exclusive is that it is very refined, smooth and more hp than the base powertrain in the tx. However, depending on which engine you opt for can be worse fuel economy than the turbo 4 cylinders.

    Vs high possession opponents, I'd love them in a 442. If only Marcus decides to defend, we could play him and Garnacho on the wings.. Mainoo and Bruno as the two CMs. As things are now, I'd play Bruno on the right, Garnacho on the left and Mainoo and Ugarte (if we get him) or Amrabat in the CM.

    I have a 2019 Odyssey and really like it. 3.5l v6 wagon ftw! One of my top favorites is the placement of the fold down elbow rests attached to the seat and their padding. Thick and comfy and just right for resting but still good control of the wheel on a long cruise. I always wonder if these vehicles with a big pad top door center armrest will be as comfortable or relaxing.

    The 2024 MDX Type-S sound level reading was 54.4dB ... this one is 58.7dB. It even looks like the new one was tested on fresher pavement and in the summer rather than the winter for the previous gen. Over 4dB difference is pretty substantial. Do they run on different tires? Does that horrendous new front fascia cause a lot more air turbulence that translates into more wind noise?
    Worst gas mileage in the segment while also being the slowest. Simply awful choice in using air suspension with it being by far the most expensive and least reliable suspension system ever created. Piano black plastic galore that swirls like crazy after a year of ownership plastered all over the interior and now the exterior. And now it's even louder inside than the outgoing model?
    Besides the Acura fanboys, who in their right minds would pay $75k for this dumpster fire?

See more Toyota, genesis etc.. or older acura mdx and rdx.. so my advice watch this hundred video on the type s. And lol when they tell you the price, and GAS ⛽️ MG... I feel acura is going the way of bmw, audi, Mercedes that squeeze out the middle class and reaching for wealthy, rich and leasing to drive there vehicles.. consumer reports etc. Have lowered the dependability so low for acura that it is near range rover low levels... it is a honda product what is happening. ???? Toyota, chevy lexus on top...! Crazy 🤪 acura must reorganize!! Lol and i am a acura 2005 Rl and 2010 acura zdx owner,2005 honda pilot with 300,000miles on it.. older cars but bullet proof.. 👌 i would not except a free acura type s etc.. to compare to older quality of honda/acura products... 😢
