In the last year I have become more interested in CrossFit, it looks like such an amazing workout. It is absolutely different from what I am use too, but the competitive atmosphere is what hooked me in and I love it. Unfortunately our nearest CrossFit gym is a little out of our price range so me and my boyfriends dream is to build a home gym for CrossFit. Sorry about the rambling but you and Shane are such amazing people and I am so happy for videos like this and training fitness videos. It has helped me change my mindset to better myself in the gym.
