Yo, nice video! I am in the process of doing the same install on my 2016 TTS in the same color and I'm very thankful that you mentioned painting the crash bar because mine is silver as well.

How did you get the parking sensors to fit?

Chronos Grey, just like my 2022 TTS was. Traded it for a 2021 TTRS. Great video👍

Did the part you chop off come off of the new grill or the old bumper?

Would love to know more about where and what to cut to fit the new grill. And how to diisconnect wiper fluid hosing and parking sensors.

The bottom of the new grille and the bumper have different connecting points, they mainly have an extrusion that interferes with fitment, just had to shave them down, As for the rest, I don't recall.

Johnny, did you have to cut off a part of the new grill or did you cut off a part of the actual bumper?

Could I do this without a lift you think? Also, what did you use to make that crash bar matte black?

Just use Plastidip. And you don’t need a lift. Remember to put a cover done if you’re doing this on concrete (which I’m surprised they didn’t do).
Also when spraying the crash bar, remember to put a cloth behind it to block overspray from going onto the radiator
