If you never bypass the voltage regulator on the alternators you try, don't act surprised that you only ever get the 12v or 24v regulated limit listed on the label. The first hurdle is installing the magnets at proper angles so you aren't cancelling polarity, but the second hurdle is permitting the system to reach a level of activity that the magnets you've installed actually produce EM. If you're leaving the voltage regulator installed, you've defeated the entire purpose.

Why did you not electrically connect both machines in your test ???!!! The secrect behind this type of Free Energy Generator is to connect a 240V-machine with an modified 24V-alternator. If you have already tried to connect the E-motor and the modified alternator and it doesn't work, then the reason could be that the iron rotor of the E-motor has not been enough magnetised. The iron rotor core of the E-motor must be magnetised with strong electro magnets. I saw an indian video where the guy puts two electro magnets with each an iron core left and right to the rotor to magnetise it (perhaps I could find this video later). You should measure whether your E-motor delivers 240V after the motor has been brought to the maximum number of revolutions and after it has been disconnected from the electrical network. If there is not an AC voltage of about 240V while the motor is still rotating, you should magnetise the rotor of the E-motor. Good luck !!!

This was not mentioned on purpose I suppose, but this was my first thought when I saw this solution. You cannot get 240V from 24V coil, plain and simple. If you do not modify the coil you have to use a transformer to change the voltage and get to 240V and then connect the motor to the alternator output via the transformer. I am still not sure it will work in the loop. It depends on the magnet configuration and their strength, I suppose.
What you are connecting is not the same as it was connected in the original Video. In the video 1HP, 300RPM Single Phase motor was used and the motor was connected to two of the 24V alternator out put. Make a video that connects them the same way and it will work. Get a 12V car bulb. The bulb you use looks like a standard 220V bulb which will not work at such low voltages. If you want to test with 220v bulb then you need higher voltage at the generator. To get 220V instead of 22V increase rpm on generator by x10 and voltage should also go up x10. Put big pulley on spin motor and small pulley on generator and see the difference. Good luck!

to be noted:
1 . looking carefully at the video he has totally removed any voltage regulator ..... but also something else....
2. an alternator needs an electrical feed to the internal rotating core ..... so it is missing an external feed to the core, the improvement would be to substitute the the core with permanent magnets .
3. anyone understanding what i am describing would understand that the experiment procedure is totally wrong and pointless.
4. therefore Peter is possibly a "integram inhabilem reddit" or " in proposito incapax" ... this is the question .....
5. the circuit could generate a profit in different of potential if an extra high voltage (100kv) is implemented in the circuit which would reduce the internal resistance of the circuit ...... but also increase the possibility of short circuit therefore increase the size of the structure .
... errata corrige .... difficult to understand from the video if the internal core is made of permanent magnets or winding...... truck alternators as A0258 normally have the core made with winding to be activated when the rotation speed is above 800rpm +-100rpm .....
