I never thought I'd be so emotionally attached to an andriod. But I just wish there was a way to save her parents whom I'm assuming are long gone by now. Bless your soul Gordon Freeman 🧔
Does anyone else think this deserved to be its own thing? It's so creative and deep, and in this tower, it's sandwiched between Resident Evil and- whatever the map after it is. It deserves its own standalone attention, or even to be its own world with more behind the scenes. Own that ambition!
If is the same world as Half Life the internet is dead and she will only be able to check old data and not communicate. If not, is not impossible she could find a energy source herself and through hacking or money made through her hobby get to complete her body in the future. After all, waiting is not a problem to her.
If this is the same world as half life, she'd find last articles in the internet talking about the Xen crisis and the first hours of the Combine invasion, then complete silence Hopefully she becomes an ally AI for the Resistance, maybe with Russel's help, to counter the Combine's Overwatch (kinda like Wilson in Entropy Zero) In the worst case, she's found in the Combine database and assimilated, stripped of hwr own self and diluted into Overwatch

I played through this whole mod last night, about a 4-5 hour session. I was originally watching a stream VOD of it, then I looked at the comments… which made me play it for myself and I thought it was great. Floor 17 was the highlight for me, it gave me the feels :( (The comments either were really aggressive because F.17 is “anime”, which is it really? Or people were really horny.) some of the floors were rather questionable, but a comedic relief I guess.
That was... Gut wrenching to watch. I love it and hope to see more mods like this become a thing hell would like to see sequel but knowing it has ties to half life universe it's more possible that the building didn't make it in the civil war near the end...

I loved every second of it. Great story and cohesive retro artstyle. I just wished you could find the better energy source that the professor mentioned. Then she could function longer. However, as she was basically uploaded to the internet, she will inevitably find a way to return and sustain her body.
Many people are disappointed, including myself. I think it would have been better with Cordon Freeman and helping him direct Cobain, but now that she is free, she will not be in those rooms alone. This is better for her.
I might come off as an a-hole, but I feel like not connecting her to the computer is the better choice. Her father asked us to not leave her hanging, and linking her up just prolongs her suffering
i wish there was more than saving her halfway. we could just let her live on that body.. althought plugged to the pc, its better than be stationary, but i reckon the body parts might degrade eventually..
Truthfully, haven't watched the playthrough past the beginning since I don't wanna get spoiled. But judging from the comments, the mod (or rather it's chapter) is pretty good, I'll drfinitely play this. The android girl's design gives off high Megaman Legends vibe, the creator is a man of culture👍
