@@nathanpillsbury1054 55242/109.32 = 505.32 calories (2dp) I’m not super sure what you were doing there, were you converting 10832% to decimal? Cause that would be 108.32, since 100% = 1. The way it works is it’s reverse percentage. When you find the original amount of an increased value, you cant take the % out of the increased amount since… well, that’s just a chunk of your new amount. So all ya do is turn your % increase into a decimal (10832% -> 108.32) and add it to the original value (100% -> 1) to get your denominator. If it were a % decrease, you’d take it away from the original value (1) and multiply. So, 55242/109.32 = 505.32. This obviously wouldn’t work for a decrease since… a 10832% decrease would be below 0. It’s free by then. If you’re curious about how you get % to decimal, you just divide by 100 :))) when you make a decimal a % you multiply by 100 (e.g. if you got 25 out of 50 on a test, you do (25/50)* 100 = 50%. 25/50 is just 0.5.) so to find the reverse you just DO the reverse :D. Tbf, this wasn’t a super easy one to figure out lol. It had me double checking since i’ve not done reverse % in so long. An easier one would be something like a dress costs £60 after a 25% increase, what was the original amount? 25% inc. = 1.25 (100% + 25%) 60/1.25 = 48 Original price = £48 There are other methods, but this is by far the easiest one. I’ve seen some that use algebra for it, but they make it way harder than it actually is.

i hope tomatoanus do a video explaining all the strats used, amazing work, gj!
6:04 she skipped the anti-piracy ramp.
the cracked version is now confirmed playable.
I hope Mirror's Edge Speedrunning never dies
That was phenomenal! I watch a lot of TASes, but this one is one of the best ones I've ever seen because there were some surprising skips, lots of speed, lots of things to watch out for.. Well done!
Req dropping the bomb out of nowhere. Definitely not expected.
Insane job Req!!
Nice TAS.
I've seen some insane speedruns of this game but this is something else, Faith is straight up flying in some sections and the engine struggles to keep up with what's going on. Truly impressive stuff, not a clue of how any of this is possible even knowing that TAS can do inputs at unreasonably fast speeds.
congrats to the both of you. it was admirable to see how dedicated you were throughout the whole process, despite the stresses of life and the difficulty of the project itself weighing down on you. from the very start, you aimed high and dreamt big, aspiring for perfection, and now it's paid off and you can rest. much love bruddah
I know every corner of every level, but some of these skips are insane. Legit not once entering the building where the entire mission takes place skipping straight to the end
Probably the most insane thing I've ever seen, ty. gg
watching this video rn
read a bit of the comments
cannot be that crazy
You finally did it! Now you can finally play the game normally
What do you mean. Looks like a completely normal gameplay to me. /j
Yeah this is how I beat the game 16 years ago. Amazing TAS run!
I played this game years ago, and it's crazy watching Faith Cannonball through every single chapter like it's nothing, I have longed for a TAS of this game
Oke, this run is totally insane.
never seen ME speedrunning before, immediately recognise a few of the tricks, kick boosting, wall boosting, mantle boosting, never thought you could completely freerun to take an otherwise impossible route with enough tech and speed
I'm mostly surprised that the game can process that. This is insane
I would love a tas explained type video for this because it's so impressive, but also, i have no clue what is going on lol. And I always enjoy hearing people explain how they absolutely break games for speed.
This "TAS" guy never fails to amuse me aha.
Just flyin' around and kickin' walls and windows for 21 minutes, the usual, haha.
Very entertaining to watch, amaiznig job!
I swear sometimes my brain likes to make me go flying in my dreams and it’s exactly like this
after a decade of watching ppl break this game this is the craziest shit i've ever seen
Give this man mirror's edge 3 already
SCP-096 when someone sees a picture of his face:
The Faith Helicopter
This will be remembered as "that one insane speedrun"
This must be HORRIFIC from the cops' POV.
"Alright, we got a call for a-" NYOOOOOM
"...wut?"
absolute cinema
The nutshot at 14:28 is brutal lol
I'd love a chase cam replay of this movement just to see what it looks like when you scale vertical walls in half a second
