I started drinking tea for the health benefits and I loveeee mint tea. My fav and I haven’t been sick in 4 years (never caught covid even when my whole house had it) Highly recommend!
Do you drink it from fresh mint? It's even better!! My mom has had some growing on the side of her house since as far as I can remember. Mint marigold is my favorite!!! I also love lemon grass tea!! Plant it and it'll grow back every year♡

Sometimes I just want to sit there and chat with them. I so often have a story to tell 😄 When I was A KID an older cousin stayed at our place one night, he said at dinner he doesn’t like reggaeton because it’s “uncivilized” and HIS KIDS only listen to classical music. So after we went to bed I took my grabadora, put on some reggaeton and turned the volume up super loud so he couldn’t sleep 😂 kinda passive aggressive of me but F him.

just saying, i know coffee has health benefits, but lets say you drink 4 cups of coffee a day, 400 mg of caffeine (which is the maximal daily intake doctors would recommend)...if you tried to drink as much green tea as it takes to consume 400mg of caffeine a day, the health benefits of that amount of green tea are FAAAAAR superior than the health benefits of 4 cups of coffee....so no, coffe is not superior if you are looking for caffeine AND healthy beverages, green tea is

Actually some people don't watch television for religious reasons. That's how I was raised. We didn't have a television and it was during the time that the internet was not prevalent. So it's not always an uppity thing.

Maybe its regional but I'm Black and from the DMV and we call it a doobie. You get your hair set on rollers first then they take the rollers out and wrap your hair and put the plastic on it and you sit back under the dryer. When you are done they comb it down and it straight but with body then at night you wrap it back and put on your scarf

I did see her on Tamron Hall's show, talking about her work to combat human trafficking. It was great and a different side of her. Becoming a mom really made her open up with a whole new perspective also.
Some people are allergic to coffee and some people like me don't like coffee. I've always preferred tea . And I've always preferred cold tea over warm. And you can add whatever flavor you like with tea.
I love Green tea and my new love Matcha theyre are both pretty healthy and when ppl say I dont watch tv but they stay on their phones watching clips I laugh because theyre still watching something smdh 😂😂😂😂🙄

Garcelle is Haitian but Loni you're from Detroit. Detroit never heard of Doobies $15 a.k.a. wraps in black salons. I dislike the hair style having to sit under that dryer forever until your hair was dry. Another 10 minutes another 10 minutes. I'd prefer braids. If you are a black person, be careful of going to Dominican salons, they put in relaxer in the shampoo.

I wanna say I doubt it but I don’t know I mean if she did they would have said something on the show and she would have said something on her own channel I’m new this season and although I like her I’m not really the biggest g fan of her but I know she has a channel somewhere she could have said something
I didn't see the annoyance with Loni's giggles as being justified but it seems the topic was considered serious for some. I felt Loni got the giggles and as the other ladies explained their part, she visualized James and their moment with the wine and she lost it even more. It's rough when people pick apart people for being joyful. Loni can't win. If she's crying too much it's a problem if she's laughing too much she's annoying. And worst yet when she tries to be serious or make valid points, people say she's not intellectual enough on the topic. All I can say is Wow.
I am laughing so hard of that initial “coffee is better than tea”-rant. I wonder how many people find me to be presumptuous simply beacause I drink a lot of tea 😂 Claiming that we Pretend to like it when we “know” coffee is better, hahaha, no sweetie, even the smell of coffee is so strong it makes me a little nauseous. Tea is refreshing and exists in so many variations, without feeling as invasive on my body and tastebuds as coffee is. However, that is only my preference: In no way would I look down on someone for liking coffee more hahaha.
