I love 2:56, you can really feel the tension going and the ticking in the background as if every second is essential to this historic operation. This soundtrack doesn't just represent Battlefield V, it represents those who fought on the beaches, in the fields, in the caves of that small, seemingly insignificant island. We play their lives in the game but the only way how we can at least peer into what they felt is by this soundtrack.
Well said, what they have done and contributed to their country will go largely unnoticed and unappreciated by our modern generations, and its sad to think about

I can only imagine how incredible and how emotional the deploy screen and end round of Normandy would be.
@Anton chugah Licker no u
To bad Normandy wasn’t in the game
@@sleepy-Arc yeah 😔
@Dystopic aura Marita should have been Okinawa instead even the map layout is very similar to the real location
Battlefield music is always superb. You know its good when you search for it on RUclips and bang your headphones on as soon as you find it!
14:34 okay this is just way too beautiful
From 2:56 reminds me a bit of the Dunkirk OST, with the heavy drums and persistent ticking of the clock
It is an absolute shame and a HUGE waste that we didn't get to see Normandy and Stalingrad in this game.
5:47 Is Beautiful

First thing that comes to my mind whenever I hear this part is John Basilone's death in the HBO miniseries _The Pacific_ .
