Does life get better after residency??? … would be an awesome topic for another video 🤪🙏🏼 also, love your videos ❤️ I have been following you since med school💕
@@drjennale Doing okay down here in SF. Glad to see an upload from you. Is Stan fully recovered? Is everyone else okay? You, undoubtedly, look health and fit! And buffed!
Stan got his taste back! We’re scheduling Wyatt’s first vaccine dose soon! Very excited. Overall, healthcare system here still strained as usual. But we’re hanging in there.
@@drjennale Glad to hear Stan is better. We're seeing an uptick locally as things open up. No mask mandates, except at hospital facilities. Glad Wyatt will be vaccinated. Our daughter got her booster last week! Hoping for another booster (adults
A video about sugar addiction 😢 I wanna lose weight but my biggest obstacle is chocolate and my family buy sweets and chocolates so it is so hard 😢 Any thoughts?
Can you do a video about weight loss and breastfeeding? I've heard so many conflicting things varying from eat extra calories, don't eat extra, it's not advised to try to lose weight, it's easy to lose weight and in my case I kind of believe my body actively doesn't want to lose weight. Which makes me feel discouraged and like I'm stuck at a higher weight until I stop. A lot of it stems from I don't want to ruin my milk supply and if I do start eating less and baby gets more fussy I actively feel like I need to eat more.
Every body is different. Some people can lose weight while breastfeed while others find that their supply is highly associated with their calorie and carb intake. My suggestion is work on getting stronger. Once you are ready to stop breastfeeding, the weight comes off a lot easier.
@@drjennale thanks. I did basically that with my first and I lost almost all my remaining baby weight in 4 months after plateauing for 5 months. Just sucks because I was going in this hoping to breastfeed for 2 years.
@@DarthYoungling same. I breastfed London 18 months. The hardest thing I had to learn was to love my body as it is. I know it can change in the future is also appreciate what is doing for me now.
Usually I just sauté the zucchini in garlic salt and onion power. But if I get fancy then I make a roasted bell pepper sauce. With roasted bell pepper, almonds, garlic, oil, and a little bit of chicken stock to thin it out.
I'm still not sure how to boost metabolism and the part it plays in weight loss (it could be my slow brain lol), but my issue that I was trying to understand is when people say like for example the biggest loser tv show, a study mentions even though the contestants were probably undereating and overexercising, they did lose weight, but would quickly gain it back because of their now slowed metabolism.. Like if you're doing a 1200 calorie diet lets say, and your body gets used to that so you plateau in your weight loss and now need maybe 1000, which isn't good I know, just to continue the weight loss progress, but chances are, you'll gain it back due to a slower metabolism, I don't fully understand that and how to ensure the weight is not gained back.. If you could, please do a part 3 maybe explaining this, I would love to know more on this ❤
Can you do a video on exercises and food that can give you more energy?
Yes! Sports nutrition! Exactly what Lume is advertising
Let me know what topics you want me to make videos on next!

Yes!! Life is so much better. Probably cause I’m only working part time 😅
More what I eat in a day please! And anything you are enjoying reading these days. 😊
I have bike pedals from Amazon for $150 that have helped me be more active at home while I’m relaxing. Definitely recommend
Love that! We were thinking of getting one of those under desk treadmills but they’re a little more expensive 😭
this motivates me to get more steps in throughout the day!
Yes!! That’s what made the biggest difference for me
Great episode. Enjoyed it.
Thanks Matt. How are things going down there?

How do you make the zucchini and sauce you had for dinner!?

Love your health and fitness videos! Can you talk about your thoughts on creatine and benefits for building muscle?
Yes! I have a short TikTok video explaining the science but I can go into more detail.

A video about reducing cellulite
Overall weight loss unfortunately. But cellulite is so normal. The things I would have to give up to be cellulite free is just not worth it to me.
