What a seriously underrated RUclipsr. I’m a guy and listening to you talk made more sense than watching any other tip videos that end up leading you to buy a program, so thank you ❤
I've had a personal trainer for 2 years. Not fat but wasnt in shape. It's been a big eye opener. I have crazy muscle mass now. Still tweaking things for my ideal body so this was a great video. Got my orange shorts. Thank you! Love them. Cant wait for new drops.
Great info as always Jenny! - I think the best changes I made were weighing out all my portions and increasing protein and also increasing fruit and veg intake and walking more - I am far from perfect now, I still eat processed food more than i should and i still struggle to choose the ultimately healthier options, for example i still prefer drinking pepsi max or black coffee than plain water, i still prefer low fat flavoured yoghurts more than plain fat free greek yoghurt etc, but i have made some other really good changes and i feel i cant change absolutely everything! big hugs! xxx
So excited that your videos popped up onto my feed. I have been binge watching them! Soooo good!!! Would you be willing to share any of your recipes? Everything I have seen you make looks sooooo yummy from cabbage salad to egg whites with curry veggies to what you have in this video. Would love to try some of these for myself. I wish you much success in life and on YT.
I har been obese, twice, but most of my journey has been me being skinny fat. Like you, i am in a smaller body but bodyfat % is very high. It is, in my opinion, even harder to fix!
Wow, outside of alcohol (I don't drink), everything you said is why I couldn't lose wgt, got fat and lost and gained it all back. People don't realize that exercise does NOT make you lose wgt! Taking in less calories (in a healthy way) does. Eating "healthy" but over eating still won't make you lose wgt! People can get a boat load of veg, smoothies and chicken breast and gain wgt!! Lack of sleep destroys your hormone regulation. Everything you said is true.
I have put the breaks on a lot of refined sugars and eat more carbs , but plant carbs. I have energy throughout the day. No longer need that extra pick me up. I eat around every 3 or 4 hrs. or I can tell now when I am hungry. I mix protein, plant carb and healthy fat. I also limit oils
People usually do well and lose weight on keto INITIALLY. Because 1. Cutting out carbs will make you lose a lot of water quickly. 2. You’ve cut out a lot of processed foods and increase protein so of course you’ll feel better. I don’t like - 1. it’s highly restrictive and people don’t understand how they got the results in the first place leading to yoyo dieting. 2. People generally eat high saturated fats which is not good for heart health. 3. Can be missing a lot of fiber which is good for gut health. At the end of the day - it’s still just a calorie deficit. And you do not need to be so restrictive to lose fat.
Would love your thoughts on combo pill with estrogen in it, I was on sprintec, I started getting really high blood pressure, I'm training for a marathon and had no idea I was constantly getting into hypertension crisis until I got a monitor. Gynecologist instantly recommended getting off combo pill to see if it would lower my bp, just got off on Sunday so waiting to see effect.
7 years?? 🙃🙃 Girl I just starved myself because myfitnesspal told me to, and did P90X. That was when I tried to track calories. And then when I was a runner, I didn’t track at all.

Yes! I believe investing in education >>>>
I just watched your video from 2 years ago about PCOS. To hear how much you’ve learned and changed since then is inspiring. Thank you ❤
Thank you for this one!!!
As always Dr. J so informative.
Hahahaha the last part.
But wow! These 10 points you talked about, you really brought alot of awareness.
Education is elevation!
Very informative just taking that first step is the toughest !
For sure! Just like physics 🤓

I definitely don’t think we need to be perfect if our goal is just general health!
Thank you for making these videos

Your story is my story cloned!😮
Hi Jenni. Would love to hear your thoughts on the keto 'diet'.

Estrogen is know to increase the risk of clotting. I’m Interested too to see how your blood pressure changes after stopping
Can i fast 72 hours and dont loose muskles?
The 9 is tough when you work a desk job, i try to get up and do my 250 steps per hour but it's not easy with work !!
