I can only aplaud your way of looking at life: we only have one life, we work to live and not the other way around, we want to want to invest our time in being with our families and invest in your physical and emotional health. Basic stuff, which requires though so much CONSISTENT work (and having to explain yourself to others). Keep up the good work! (Be careful though not to fall in the obsessive of it all. And don't forget the spiritual part, whatever that might be(prayer/meditation, etc)
i’m not a bodybuilder but i loved this! trying to get in at least 30 min of movement each day (esp on days in not doing more rigorous workouts/biking) before i start 75 soft w my friends in the new year!
@ParkJustin-r3h there’s multiple contributors to poor sleep quality. Yes, severely low body fat percentage leading to hormone dysregulation can be one of them. But there can also be mental health, caffeine consumption, poor sleep hygiene, sleeping conditions, etc.

Absolutely agree that it’s a system issue. Don’t be mad at the doctor for having a 3 month waitlist. Trust me, we don’t want that either!

I can't seem to go to the gym if I didn't sleep well. I worry that I can't life well or will feel incredibly sleepy and injure myself in the process.
That’s what I always take a pre workout 😅 I think I am stronger later in the day but it just won’t get done after a full work day and being a mom

Just regular vermicelli noodles lift over from spring rolls the night before. I’ve use the low calorie shiitake noodles before too

you can't really sleep because you have low body fat, your body is telling you to eat something. just like any bodybuilders during prep weeks.
Or my kid is kicking me in the face in the middle of the night and throwing off the covers. Could be that too

I gained so much weight also due to bad sleep, I am getting old, anxious, I am over 40 now. @@drjennale Trying to lose weight😢
