    Many male singers have a hard time hitting higher notes in their voice.
    The biggest reason is because guy singers have to negotiate their first passage much more cleanly than lighter voiced singers.
    Singing high notes with more power is directly related to your ability to sing through your first and second bridges.
    Today, I'll show you my favorite exercises and strategies for singing high notes for guys.

    I am so grateful with your video lessons you did about 2 year ago with the really ugly bratty sounds like, Nae, Lip thrills, Nay, Mum doing them a octave higher its like I feel my voicebox open and close. Also learning how to breath using the body and relaxing my way going into the high with confidence. I now sing female songs, in like B, Bb, A, Ab, and G is natural for me. You also gave good tips on things like standing positions, not having to open you mouth so wide, and one thing I really appreciate is like sobbing my way up into those high note. My voice is sooo different from when I first start and whenI learned head voice felt like.

    My sticking point is Eb5. Once or twice a year I can float effortlessly to G5. Every other day Eb5 is a barrier. I try to open my mouth and I get fairly loud. It feels like there’s a bridge there but I’ve never been able to master it.

    • @003robinnyx

      THIS ! I can sing C#5-D#5 but when it comes to E5 that's the wall for me, I've sung F5-G5 before but I can barely get to E5 on a good day

    • @Hexspa
      @Hexspa Месяц назад +1

      @@003robinnyx I think I'm figuring it out. You gotta try to sing F5 directly. Try making it similar to the CVT overdrive mode, even though technically that's not possible. It's probably some kind of neutral mode.
      Anyway, try singing "hee-yeh" or "hoo-aye" (edit: try HEY! and expect it to be light) with the first part on the note and the second part a slide down one octave. That aspirated onset with the narrow vowel seems to help. By going directly above the second bridge, you can get there without the build up of tension. I feel kind of a V-shape in my throat when I do it.
      Alternatively, you can try singing C5 or D5 with a huge vibrato. That'll probably get you to crack over the bridge. It'll sound ugly but it'll get the pitch into your throat.
      I'm no vocal coach but I've been experimenting. While I have a recording of me doing this, it's in the early stages so you can hear a bit of a break.
      It's a weird coordination. You'd think it'd be harder since going there from the bottom is hard. Really, it's pretty light and easy. But yeah, try top down and see how that works.

    The problem is i have a very base sound, i mean ik u may say that it's good to have a base sound, girls find it attractive blah blah blah but for mw it's an opposite i mean people whom i knwo well even said that i sound OLD! 🤦🏻‍♂️ They say my appearance doesn't match with my voice, and sometimes i try to sing country songs and since I'm a base voice the intro of the country song goes Quite well for a noob/beginner but as soon as the pitch changes although low tone is still there but the weight! of the base voice disappears and it happens naturally that I can't control it, and I can't do natural country type base voice the way i started the Intro with my natural heavy base voice i mean u get it right? And it gets even crazier when i hit high note like not just my base tone but my voice just stops completely then i have to compromise it and take a low tone to continue singing which is a total different route 🤣 plz help me if u understood my situation/condition whatever you call it😢(yeah im a total beginner 😂)

      @@VacantKey Any voice type has a resonant C5 with a microphone. Can you do it unamplified so that it carries across an opera house? That's what vocal fachs were meant for. They don't belong in mic'd singing. Frankly, the obsession with tenors is kind of annoying considering that most pop tenors are actually high baritones with strong mixes and good falsettos.
